Project Management A myriad of decisions goes into building your home or business and it is no surprise that USAT Stucco is diligent about guiding clients through the process with ease. At the beginning of each project, Jack and his team – office, field and trades – review what has to be accomplished to meet the needs and personal preferences of each client. Tasks are assigned and each person knows what piece of the project they are responsible for and they take it from there. Design Ideas, dreams, and magazine photos are usually what start client's wheels in motion towards the goal of creating a custom home to meet their personal needs and preferences. Envisioning oneself in a new living space is incredibly uplifting. We work in collaboration with architects – reflecting different styles – to find just the right one for each individual project. Our clients may come to us with architectural plans already in hand.
