Superior Care Auto Center was formed in 2002, when Superior Electric and Pro Care, two long established businesses with over 100 years of combined work experience, decided to merge. We are one of Brooklyn's most technologically advanced, independent repair centers. Our up-to-date library has the largest database, and the latest service bulletins, as well as recall notices. "Hi [Member name removed], I apologize for my delayed response. After we received your review, I reached out to Angie's List to check and make sure if this was correct, as it made no sense to us. We have no record of you ever sending us any messages via Angie's List, no record of any e-mails sent from an [Member name removed], and if you had left us a message on our answering machine, we would have returned your call the following business day, so we're not sure why you would have expected us to get in contact with you, as we are mechanics, not psychics. There are two other automotive-relative businesses in Brooklyn whose names also begin with "Superior." Are you sure you reached out to us? Perhaps you reached out to one of them. We do have an option to request an appointment via our website. Every once in a while we'll receive a call from a customer asking if we received their website appointment request from the previous day, and we haven't. This happens very, very rarely though (a few times in the many years our website has been up), and most people have enough common sense that if we haven't responded in one business day to follow up with a phone call to schedule an appointment. Many times technology (e.g. being able to send an appointment request online) can be more convenient than the old-fashioned way, however it's not always foolproof. In the future, if we, or any other business, do not reply to you within one business day, I would NOT recommend that you go online and give them a failing grade, but WOULD instead recommend trying to reaching out once more in another way (i.e. picking up the phone and making a call during business hours).
