Stanley Lewis very clearly explained my options (along with their costs), then set a time to do the work within the week. They sent over 4 servicemen to saw in half and remove the old radiator and then install the newer, smaller unit.

went great, the guys went above and beyond. it was a subcontractor i believe, but they were fantastic. the pipe was cemented over and they broke the cement to access the pipe and didn't charge me extra

We had clogged drain line that I couldn't clear. I called them in the morning and requested service call for the same afternoon. They called before to confirm appointment and arrived exactly when they said they would. The plumber was pleasant and efficient. He cleared the drain line within minutes. I liked the service enough to call them for another job at my office and my experience was equally good the second time.

They came in and gave me an estimate, and were very professional and punctual. They did a good job and were on time. He took pictures and drew diagrams, and I felt that he was using technology more. He was quick to get me my estimate. I paid $1200 for the work, and I felt that his prices were low. I received an estimate from another company which was higher than his.

Good experience. The only problem is that he charged us for an estimate and was not up front about this cost. In fact seemed to indicate that he would not charge us before hand. I think it was more of a miscommunication than anything intentional.

I called a number of plumbers, looking for one who would come out late in the day and not make me wait until the next morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain. They said they'd be here in half an hour, and they were. They cleared the clog and gave me some tips on how to keep it cleared. Throughout the experience, they were professional and pleasant.

They're always very professional and reasonably priced. They did a good job. They're quick, they're reliable, they're professional and courteous and they show up when they're supposed to show up. They're all nice and they can show you what they're doing. They're not out there to screw you over. They try to explain the problem to you.

I have been told by previous plumbers that you can't replace it and he just came in and did it with no problems. He isn't very expensive and he is knowledgeable as well. He has a fast service and was on time and professional. I have been using him for the past year and I am glad I found him.

Stanley and his staff were good on the phone and Stanley came to my house personally to spec the job and give me an estimate. His estimate was competitive, but his take on the job was not satisfactory. The new plumbing had to cross an entire room, and instead of opening up the wall and running the pipe inside it, he wanted to mount a pipe in the room and leave it exposed! When I suggested that he might want to put the pipe *behind* the wall, he seemed quite taken aback!

I NEEDED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE AND STANLEY LEWIS WAS RIGHT THERE TO ASSIST ME. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE MOTIVATED AND INTELLIGENT. NOW THE WATER CAN RUN THRU THE PIPES FREELY NOW.
