We Experience nothing but professionalism from Rocco's All Type Roofing start to finish. Mr. Anthony Rocco was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to get the job done the right way. I haven't met too many professionals like that before. Our Harlem brownstone roof was replaced in 1 day flat! Crew was on time and highly skilled. Excellent job all around.

When he came out, he was professional. He told us he was a little busy at the time, but to call him back April 28th. We left a message, but he didn't get back to us. He called us back May 12th, said he was still busy but he will call us back when he has some availabilty, but he never did. I called this past Thursday (June 19th) and the receptionist told me she would call us back, but again, she didn't respond.

He was very responsive during the early stages of the work and gave a quote that he stood solid on. It was one of three that I had gotten, and he was the highest. But still, I went with him since he was responsive and was licensed. But when it came to the work, his crew was very messy. I was told that the crew would clean up each night after the work was done and leave my place somewhat decent. But that did not happen. Roofing was flying everywhere all day and when the day ended, the crew just went home. The debris covered all areas of my property and they really did not exercise care in how the old roofing was being transported down to the ground - it was thrown off the sides all over the property. Additionally, the company claimed to have replaced more planks of wood than what I witnessed, and you get charged extra for each plank. In the end, my bill was $2,500 over what they originally quoted. So, before you go with Rocco's All Type Roofing, do your homework and get the proper terminology down. Then get everything spelled out on paper before you proceed. Even if there's a chance additional work may be required, have a separate quote issued for the services. And watch them while they work. Their workmanship seems fine - time will tell, but whether or not you can trust them - that's up for debate. I would not go with them again or recommend them to others.

He was great. He had wonderful people. Came with a crew of two or three guys. They were prompt and on time. He is a very nice man. He looked at the roof. He is knowledgeable and friendly. They even fixed my satellite dish when installing the roof. I really appreciated that because it saved me from having to call them myself.

I have at least 6 more years on the roof. I have called them and they said they are on vacation. The owner called and said they are all on vacation for a week. They have noone to come and look at the roof. My roof is still under warranty. In the yellow pages it says they have "24 hour emergency service". I have called him back stated that if I have to go to another company he would be responsible for it.

Great. Anthony Rocco was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He came out for a free estimate and spent a long time talking with us about our different options. When they were ready to do the work, he came with his crew and personally supervised the work. Actual installation was completed in 1.5 days.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND VERY GOOD PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND POLITE TO US. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD. THEY HAULED AWAY ALL DEBRIS.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS ROOFING COMPANY. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE ROOFERS WERE PROMPT, NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB.
