They did a good job. I found the person who set up the appointment a little bit difficult. She sort of acted as though I was supposed to know a good deal of what was going to go on with the service. They actually saw a bedbug. My husband had these scratches on his arms so I thought that was what it might be. I am assuming that there was no bug that was actually found. It was a fairly elaborate process. There is more than one way to do that. I guess they did a fine job and the people who came to do it were ok. I found the people who came to do the work were easier to work with than the person who set it all up. I thought she was a little abrupt and not sympathetic in discussing the problem. I was supposed to know what was involved and lots of people don’t know what was involved. It’s a shock when I have that kind of thing. I guess I would give them medium-high rating just because I have never done that before. So it is hard to rate them against other kinds of similar business. I would have preferred someone to take the trouble to kind of explain it in a more person friendly manner to give information about the substance that they were using to attack the problem. She wasn’t very helpful when I wanted to find out what those substances were. She told me that everybody has to use this. I just couldn’t find her quiet that easy to deal with although they took care of the problem. I never saw a bug anyway. They had a dog that came and sniffed the one spot in my husband’s bedroom where supposedly there was a reading about it. All the examination of the place never turned up in actual bugs. I just had to take their word for it but there was one. It was a very long and elaborate process. It was very complicated and stressed to do that. I know that there are other ways of doing it with heat or other methods of attacking that issue. That’s not the only way. I didn’t have much time to waste in getting the problem taken care of because I had my daughter and grandchildren coming to stay about 3 weeks after the thing were discovered. So I had to get it taken care of as soon as possible so the place will be livable and fumigated before they come. I think the price was high to me. When I asked other people about that they think it was in the ballpark. The people who came to actually do the work seemed quiet professional. I would rather not hire them again.

They were efficient and pleasant to work with

I REALLY LIKE THE WORKERS. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ARE ALSO VERY UNDERSTANDING. THEY WERE CONSIDERATE OF MY KIDS AND PETS SO I REALLY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM.
