There was a small problem when the glaze dried. They sent someone over to fix it immediately. Technician could not have been nicer or more efficient.

My bathroom looks absolutely amazing and Oscar went above and beyond to provide tips as to what I can do to maintain the new look. I would definitely use them again.

Richard was great, they showed up on time, went above and beyond the installation (they carried the super heavy Enigma doors that I ordered 3 flights of stairs, installed the doors perfectly, even fixed my sink). Overall Richard and his colleague were amazing, the best contractors I've hired to date.

they called promptly to ask what service I was having (color etc) and scheduled when it would be done . the tech came at exactly the time I was told he would be there.He was informative and the job was done and the cleanup was great. the resurfacing was terrific.. I would rec. this company.

I replaced the shower body prior to reglazing and their cleaning process took the finish off my new brushed nickel finish. I'm not sure how to get the finish back.

The salesman/installer really listened to my ideas and recommended many different options. He was professional,curtious,and I was very comfortable with him in my home. This is a company I would highly recommend to my friends and family and would not hesitate to have them do work for me in the future.

Mega Sales rep contacted me at the time of appointment and discussed the bathtub work to be done and well as the price. We scheduled a time and the worker came onsite at the designated time and started the work. When he ran into issues or concerns he notified me of them. The work was done within a 3 hour window and now the Bathtub looks brand new! I am very please with the work and would use this contractor again as well as recommend them to others.

They came on time, did a great job and did it quickly. We had a tub and tiles reglazed, the smell was as expected and lingered for a few days after. It probably would have disipated quicker if we used that bath more often as opposed to the other in the house. Technician was courteous and neat.

Installer (Richie) was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough (100% satisfactory) job and took time to answer a few questions that I had. Not only did he work cleanly but he completed the install very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this installer and will hire him again.
