The sales staff was great - patiently gave me multiple quotes, and was very helpful when it actually came time to order. The installers themselves were friendly, efficient, and very good. They removed the windows, carried them to the basement (at my request), installed the new ones, and cleaned up the mess. They even made sure I knew how to lock and tilt the new windows before leaving. I'll definitely use them again when it's time to do the back of the house.

After mostly horrible experiences with other contractors, it was a pleasure to work with LWP. From the advise in their showroom over making the appointment to the final work getting done. Everything was done on time by professional and nice people.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID WHAT I EXPECTED THEM TO DO.
