About us

Our company has been in existence since 2001 and has worked in all boroughs in New York City. We have two or three permanent workers and others that are hired seasonally or on an as needed basis. When it become necessary to work with permits we hire licensed professionals specific to that field. After meeting with the customer, and prices and procedures are agreeded upon a contract is then written and signed by the customer and the authorized contractor. The contract would contain all the details of work to be done, payment schedules, methods and time-frame. A deposit is required. When the deposit is received then the work will begin. Our prices usually include materials and labour cost and even the cost of carting (garbage disposal);so the coustomer has very little to do.

Renovations went well. On Simeon's initial visit to my home, we discussed the areas I needed renovated, and within 2-3 days, he provided me with a favorable bid for the job. He drafted a contract detailing the area to be renovated and total cost; we both signed the contract. Within 1 week of signing Simeon was able to start to renovations. Simeon first installed 3 windows, which one was slightly off, so did not close. I informed Simeon and it was immediately corrected. Then he worked on the wood  floors on the second level of my house to reduce the squeaking of the floors. Lastly, he renovated my bedroom - patched/replace sheet-rock, add organizer/shelves to room closet, mount a/c in wall, paint walls, replace light fixture (include changing light switch). Issues and concerns were immediately addressed. Simeon, even refused to accept final payment until I was completely satisfied with the renovations.
