The carpet needed repeated vacuuming to clean it ( not simple 'dust' that he said was normal) and the cut is right down to the warp.

The technician was friendly, thorough, and helpful in cleaning water stains from a sofa and advising as to how to better spot clean stains going forward. The owner was helpful in coordinating the appropriate cleaning, and communicative the morning of the appointment what the technician was running late due to traffic (he arrived shortly thereafter). The treatment eliminated the water stains and cleaned the remainder of the sofa, lasting less than an hour. We will absolutely used this service again.

Jared communicated with us to provide a convenient time to drop off and our rug was ready within a week. With directions To their location we dropped than picked up our rug and then enjoyed dinner with our daughter in Brooklyn. Our rug looks like new?

I needed to have cat hair removed from my couch, chairs and rug. I had cared for my daughter's cat in my apartment and the cat left behind cat hair when he returned home. My son and grandson would not be able to join us for Thanksgiving dinner in my small apartment as they are allergic to cats. J&L cleaned my couch, chairs and rug. They looked bright and clean and my son and grandson didn't sneeze once.

Excellent experience working with Jarred.  They were responsive and accommodating before the appointment, on time (actually offered to come early, if we were ready) for the appointment, and did exactly what they promised (and more) within the timeframe they estimated and at the cost we agreed upon.  The carpets look and feel great, and they breathed new life into the furniture -- even a stained velvet piece.  They're friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.  We highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.
