After having a few people over to check. The owner of Isreal construction, Segundo came to look at the issue. He gave me a fairly decent price and I hired him. He started work 2 days later and he did a great job. I would recommend them to another homeowner.

They came right away, on a Friday to give an estimate. I was very satisfied with the quote and they were here on that Monday to do the job. They were very prompt, very professional and very polite. Segundo first came and explained everything he was going to do to replace my flat roof. Segundo came on the day as promised with his crew and they worked late into the evening without a break. They did a thorough job and the project was completed in the time Segundo said it would. As far as the cost, Israel Construction gave a reasonable price quote and it was a great value for the project. I have had other contractors come to give me estimates and Israel Construction was the most honest and reliable and did not try to paint scenarios where the price quote would be much higher than the original estimate. Understood that in unusual situations, the price may have to be adjusted upwards, but Segundo was the ONLY contractor who was up-front which made me comfortable that I was not going to be taken for a ride. I'd recommend ISRAEL CONSTRUCTION without hesitation. I am willing to be called or contacted to personally share my pleasure and satisfaction for a job well-done! I completed the HomeAdvisor web info on Memorial Day hoping to line something up for the next couple days. Segundo came in two hours for an estimate and the next morning for the work needed.
