My Pro was great. He arrived, replaced my broken faucet, cleaned up and was done within an hour.

Had a tankless hot water heater installed. Not the cheapest, but fast and thorough. I priced a few vendors, and ended up going with these guys because they asked more good questions and were better at communicating the various options. Recommended.

Their response time was wonderful. I had a leak in one of the pipes. They found out what needed to be done and returned the next day and completed the job in 2 hours. I highly recommend Franco Belli Plumbing and will use them again.

My boiler was not working. I had a company come out and say that it was so old and carbonized the best bet was to replace it. I called other companies who either refused the work of attempting to fix and clean or suggested a full replacement. Upon recommendation of my realtor, I called Franco Belli Plumbing. I spoke with the manager there, Manny, who after seeing photos of my boiler, insisted he could fix the boiler. And fix it he did! Manny knows what he is doing, he's like a boiler artist, a Mozart of heating systems. He just gets it. My boiler is up and running perfectly, and judging from the way it looked on the inside before and after - is running even better than it was before. Such fair pricing as well, after a lot of researching and calling around - Manny did this amazing work and saved me from using another company and their easy way out of installing an entire new boiler at $5K when I could get another 10 years out of this one. Don't hesitate to call Franco Belli Plumbing & Heating! Manny is the best!

I am a strong believer in investing in quality work, and I am a stickler about great customer service. Manny, who not only replaced my two faucets but also secured my sink into the wall and fixed small leaks, exceeded my expectations in both quality work as well as his customer service. He was friendly, efficient, and he finished both jobs in under 2 hours. He also explained everything that he did as well as went through the pricing in detail. He also cleaned up after himself which I greatly appreciated. I will call him for any plumbing needs until he retires.

Manny was on time and did very professional work. He had warned me over the phone before coming out that I might have to replace my entire shower fixture, but once he was here he found that it was easily repaired, for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

From first meeting Manny I felt very comfortable with his knowledge & was confident that he would execute the job as promised. It was a pleasure watching a professional do his work. From his showing up on time to connecting to the building's water line, to making a hole thru the brick, to cleaning up the work area, Manny was outstanding. Other contractors wanted me to install the access panel, not Manny. A job well done from start to finish. It is rare to come across a contractor like Manny.

Manny Roveccio is a gem. our co-op building was very difficult about letting in workman and mr. roveccio was patient and co-operative with a lot of unnecessary redtape. He was prompt, skilled and scheduled both the estimate and work in a timely, helpful manner. I would recommend him for all plumbing jobs.
