Absolutely loved dealing with Billy in customer service. He made sure that my claim was handled professionally and that the technician was on time all I had to pay was the small service fee and my dishwasher was back up and running

i think it was $367 think is not good.

First Premier Home Warranty is a company that i had not heard of but they seem to have all the things I require for a home warranty. If their customer service is on par with a claim and response time then I'm in for the long haul. Very Optimistic

i needed very quick because I forgot to make home warranty before the purchase. i bought the house at 4pm. was able to make warranty at 6.30 pm ,right away 15 minutes when I figured out, i need one! thx!!!

After receiving 12 calls and 16 emails from different professionals, it became annoying. I was on the phone with First Premier for 45 minutes. I had been switched to different reps and put on hold several times. I ended up purchasing their 3yr warranty package. I have the deduction on my bank activity. Then they emailed me later saying that I need to provide another card for additional payments. I paid the first payment after being told it was $291 they charged my card $375. This is not acceptable. // UPDATE: I have tried to use my home warranty twice now and was denied both claims. They said they do not cover that, even though the contract says they do! They after asking to be transferred to the supervisor of the so-called manager TODD PEARSON the I was speaking with, as he was transferring my call he called me a crazy woman. This is demeaning and discrimination! I asked for a refund and was told they were going to charge me cancellation fees and charge me for months that we did not even own the home. This company is a SCAM and will never recommend them to anyone! I want a full refund of my 3yr contract, as no services have been provided!

Great great service. Had them come out on Memorial weekend and had my ac unit replaced!

Washer has been down 3 weeks waiting for service to be approved not much communication from warranty company are contractor guranteed you they know who I am it has been a terrible experience. I have never seen this before.

I'm just signing up, so haven't had a repair needed yet (hence less than 5 stars). But I'm very happy with the customer service I've received so far. I was told we have high coverage in our area (outside of Houston) so I'm expecting same day service. Sounds good!

Just got the policy for my daughter as a housewarming gift. The plan coverages are typical of all the other home warranty companies. The appliances are original to the house so think this will be a good plan for her to have for the first year or so of ownership. The price is very, very competitive and the service call fee is exceptionally affordable for the plan she has. I cannot rate their performance, value for the money or the contractors they use.

There is no transparency on the coverage before buying the policy. They do not share what is covered and the limit, etc. but promise to give 30 days free cancellation period. Once you bought the policy, you understand that their coverage is very poor and below the industry standard. Also, their documentation is not very clear. When you ask for cancellation, they would never cancel it and scare you by saying there is a cancellation fee. I followed up at least 10 times to cancel my policy and it is not canceled yet. I am going to dispute it with my credit card company now. Do not buy this warranty - Anybody else is better than this company.

I spoke with Joe Mitchel when looking for a quote and he was very friendly. He explained the home warranty to me and thoroughly explained all that it covered. First Premier has the lowest prices of all companies I called and Joe was able to get us an amazing deal!

First premier is a Trustworthy Company that you can rely on if something goes out . Iâ m extremely happy with there customer service team, would definitely recommend to all.

No pressure was my favorite thing about this company and how they gave us time to really think about it and answered all of our questions with Grace and kindness.

I just today bought my Home Warranty and already feel peace of mind. Just knowing a great company is behind me.. My call was very pleasant & professional. Very courteous and will definitely pass on this First Premiere Home Warranty to whomever I can to Joe. Looking forward if ever any repair issues come up the service department will be just as great. Easy and affordable

First Premier was terrific! I had a plumbing issue , a clogged sink and they had a tech came down within 24 hours and had everything taking care of . They were very professional on handling my claim. The tech even came in with mask an gloves for safety protocols. Very Happy with first premier!

I am happy with the customer service. That I was given time to search and compare different companies then make a choice. I have not had to file a claim yet. That is the reason for the low rating on work quality.
