Eddie's is terrific. I had two Samsung ovens that were not working. Eddie arrived on time and very quickly identified and fixed the issues for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!

Eddie arrived promptly and made quick work of this repair. The oven is back in business. On YouTube there are videos of how to do this yourself but once I saw how difficult it was to remove old corroded screws in one piece from this gizmo I knew it would have been a thankless job for me, and I probably would be calling repair after I botched it. Thank you Eddie!

Eddie is amazing! I knew from the phone conversation he was clear and professional. He was able to schedule me in within 24hours. Eddie was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He assessed the problem and replaced the belt and another part, which he had in his truck and had the machine running perfectly in a half hour. Amazing. Eddie scheduled a visit within 12 hours of my calling him, and he arrived exactly when he said he would with the part in hand. He’s a genius with appliances, and a cool guy too. I recommend.

We have used Eddie 2x over the past 5 years. He is the best! He is the kind of quality you never find anymore in a repair person. He fixed our fridge, charged us a fair price and was prompt efficient and professional. He also did a service call with us on our dishwasher, that was too expensive to repair. He knows his stuff, and was able to pinpoint the problems very quickly.

I contacted Eddie's Modern Appliance Repair at the suggestion of a friend. I was told the part to my dishwasher would be ordered. After 2 weeks I had heard nothing. I texted and was told he'd get back to me, but he never did. I called and left a message. My phone call wasn't returned.

He showed up on time the same day I called. He had the parts needed for the oven and fixed right away. The dishwasher part was ordered and he returned in week later and installed the dishwasher part . Very efficient and professional business.

Eddie was prompt, courteous, and most importantly, he diagnosed and fixed the problem extremely quickly. I’ll absolutely use his services again if needed.

Eddie came by and said we needed to replace to controls on our dishwasher or replace it. I called him later to tell him I wanted to have it fixed by him and he never picked up. I called him at least 5 times over the course of a week and he has never returned my calls. I don't understand why he has so many good reviews on Angie's List because if you do a Google search for him it's nothing but bad reviews saying the same thing, that he never follows through with the actual repair. I wasted $50 getting a diagnostic and now I have to call someone else to tell me the same thing and hopefully they'll actually fix it!

Very pleased with this service. Was not having any heat come out from our dryer. Eddie was very receptive over the phone and was able to come out the following day. He was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed in under a 1/2 hour. I don't have too many other people to compare the price to but I did not find it to be crazy expensive.

Ed was very helpful, and accommodating even working weekend mornings during cold winter days. It took a few calls to coordinate, but once we made contact, the level of service and responsiveness was very good.

I called eddie... he asked me what was wrong with my appliance. He was clear about how much it might cost based on our conversation. He came when he said he would. Showed me what was wrong with my appliance (new GE fridge) and fixed it. It took not more then 20 minutes. He was polite and very effective. Will call again.

Excellent, professional, prompt, knowledgeable. Even gave me a crash course on how to do the same job myself so I could avoid paying someone to do it. Doesn't get better than that. I will definitely use him again, that is if I'm unable to do it myself. :) *

Eddie was immediately responsive, came promptly, and helped me understand the issue with my machine. He had to order a part that arrived within days and returned quickly to finish the job. I will be calling him for every appliance issue from no on.

Very knowledgeable and professional work. Eddie arrived an hour after my call. He inspected our broken refrigerator and was able to correctly diagnose and fix it. We highly recommend Eddie.

Eddie diagnosed the problem to be a block line in the freezer and fixed it. Now my appliance works beautifully. No longer has to put container to catch water.

Eddie was great! Turned out my gas wasn't on, hence why it was heating :/ I've got a stackable unit, it was moved in & out a hand full times due to previous leak & repair in the ceiling. The dryer stopped working one day. I was trying to trying to figure out what was going on since my contractors mentioned they didn't touch anything during the repair. They failed to tell me my gas was off. Either way, Eddie was very knowledgable of my unit, he immediately began disassembiling the dryer, ran a few test, boom, that's when he realized the gas was off...whomp! Would use him again though, without a doubt!

Well. Eddie diagnosed and replaced the oven ignitor and it is working now.

Service was prompt, courteous and at a fair price. Phone call returned within the hour, problem diagnosed correctly. Had to order a part, was advised promptly when part arrived, and service provided the same day. Very satisfied with service, would definitely hire again.

Eddie is great and I would absolutely use him again. He was a great find! He is professional, quickly answers and returns phone calls, calls en route, does great work and is easy to work with. Eddie is very helpful and I highly recommend him to others!

Eddie was able to schedule an appointment quickly and called when he was on his way which I appreciated. He was able to fix our washer/dryer quickly and he was polite and professional.
