Prompt response to my request. Technician was available and arrived at designated time. He quickly evaluated and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The owner is not very straightforward with his business practices. First, he never mentioned in our conversations that there was a charge for assessing the job. This only came to the surface when his worker announced it at the time of the assessment. Second, after stating that he would dispose of the old garage door when picking up the deposit, he rescinded to do so after completion of the job. I will not use them again nor will I recommend anyone else to do so.

Service was quick and reasonable. Would use again and recommend to others.

The task was to repair the old garage doors until the new doors were available and then replace the doors Door Tech remove the old door and replaced it with a new door that had defects from the manufacture. The owner of the company assured me that he would personally visit the manufacturer to make sure these defects would not be on the second set of doors. The defects were on the second set of doors and there was no follow-up from Door tech. Needless to say, they only got paid for half of the job. Door tech did not install a piece on the top of the door to prevent the doors from bending when they installed the first set of defective doors. They install the item when the second set of defective doors arrived but the damage was already there and never did anything to rectify that. I understand that the manufacturer is at fault with my contract but The owner of the door tech lied to me about checking out the second set which had the same defect the first set of doors had.

I was very happy with the quick service and helpful staff.

When my new garage door remote stopped working, Oren came over to find out why. He discovered a problem with the motor and was able to replace the unit and solve the problem. He and his technician came over several times until the problem was resolved. He also replaced some belts that allowed the opener to function more quietly. He was very reliable and the price was right. I would definitely recommend this company.

Originally scheduled appointment for today, 12/9, but since their tech, Stephen, was in my neighborhood on 12/6, Door Tech contacted me and got the job done that day. Showed me they are an intelligent company using resources in a smart way and were very responsive to make this happen.

Came to give a estimate. Oren was tremendously honest and reasonable about the job and price. I said ok and the work was done immediately. Nice to have someone that knows what they are doing .
