13 employees. No subs. Regular double hung window is $12-$17 based on the size, condition of the window, condition of the glass Regular sliding window $10-$15 per panel. Multiple pane windows $1.5-2 per pane Charges a service fee of $20 handling a/c units (6/10/10). No travel charges. Additional serivce area: Middlesex, Rockland, & Union county.

i called the number listed earlier this week and got a message that theperson you are trying to reach is unavailable. Left a message but never received a call back. As there was no company name on the message thought maybe i dialed wrong so tried again today. Same message so just hung up.

Therefore we found it reasonable to notify You about our zoning policy and minimum charges. And with all respect question about approximate scope of tentative work is appropriate. Kind Regards."
I received a response stating that the company looked up my house on Google Maps and the cost of the service would be between $500-$650. This response was strange to me since Ivan has been at my house 3 times in the past and I would think he would be somewhat familiar with it. I inquired as to why the cost has increased more than 100%. I was told due to my location and changes in the service areas. It makes me wonder if Ivan is still running this company.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed and I will not be using them in the future. I will be trying another window cleaning company that I found on Angie's List.
