13 employees. No subs. Regular double hung window is $12-$17 based on the size, condition of the window, condition of the glass Regular sliding window $10-$15 per panel. Multiple pane windows $1.5-2 per pane Charges a service fee of $20 handling a/c units (6/10/10). No travel charges. Additional serivce area: Middlesex, Rockland, & Union county.

Because we have sliding windows it was hard to figure out exactly how much it would cost. Two of the sliding windows, which are extremely heavy, have to be removed for the storm windows to turn inward for cleaning. I didn't really expect an Angie's discount because of this complication. However, when the workmen came (pretty much when they said they would), they gave me an estimate of $160, which not only wasn't much more than the $147 discount I saw on Angie's, but was roughly half of what I thought I'd have to pay--plus, they wiped down the gritty, dusty sills. (You'd think that would be included in the price, but the last guy charged $60 extra for doing the sills!) I should add that Clearity was also meticulous about sending our super their certificate of insurance in advance.
The workmen worked neatly and efficiently, wore booties, and kept everything clean, apart from a few spots on the carpet from their equipment that will be easy to get out. After years of using nice but slightly quirky individual providers, it's great to know about a clean, reliable, reasonably-priced window cleaning service.

between you and the cleaners, was so nice, personable and very helpful . She knew how to handle my anxieties when the
weather report call for rain storms for the day of cleaning app"t, then when I woke up that morning and it had been raining earlier, I called her again and she calmly and respectfully told me she would be in touch with the cleaners & if it got too bad they would reschdule my app"t.
. The two window washes arrived on time, One of them was the supervisor .He was very personable. After showing
him the windows( one of which did not open or close properly, so I wasn"t going to have it cleaned) they quiclkly started the Job .
They were careful to protect the window sills and surrounding areas form getting wet or soiled by putting down protective cloths.
He explained to me that he knew how to open and close the problem window,and he was able to wash that window as well.. He also said that since the windows in my new apartment were double pane windows and had not been cleaned in a very long time, a few of them did not shine as well as the rest and that if I wanted them to shine better, a solvent might work but
that it would cost a little more. I decided to let them try & they did get a little better, I was satisfied.. He was very informative, he explained alot and answered all of my questions. I would use them again.

It went pretty well. They came on time. They were good about cleaning up after themselves. I felt that the price was good.
