Multiple pane windows $1.5-2 per pane Charges a service fee of $20 handling a/c units (6/10/10). No travel charges. Additional serivce area: Middlesex, Rockland, & Union county.

Excellent. The men arrived early and performed the work quickly and efficiently. The old windows were behind bars that could not be removed, so the men worked on ladders. Despite their age, the windows now look brand new!

Perfect! The technician arrived exactly on time, was extremely professional, and tidy. He was in and out in exactly one hour (which is the time I was quoted). I was able to pay with a credit card (with a small up-charge to do) so which was extremely convenient, and I was able to add a tip right on my credit card. I plan to use them again in a year or so when I'm due for another cleaning!

It went great! There were a few windows that were more difficult to clean than others because they were difficult to maneuver, but the two men were able to trouble shoot and solve the problem. Overall, they did a fantastic job!

It went pretty well. The windows are as clean as they can be. I was disappointed, however, by their messing up one of our screens and not even telling me. (They took it out to clean one window and put it back in upside down in the wrong part of the window and I could not dislodge it.) We had to have the window installers fix it.

Let's assume that it was our fault and our technicians were in a rush and installed the screen back the wrong way. If you were to have called us and asked to fix it we would have came and helped you with any concerns. We are not there to make damages, we are there to help you with your windows.
