With my hectic work schedule, Brooklyn Pet Services is a great addition to to my life. They are extremely trust worthy and considerate of my both of my dogs specific needs and always treat them with the patience they require. I have been able to leave town or an extremely long work day, knowing that my dogs were in the kindest, most capable hands possible.

It was the best dog-sitting experience I've ever had. Kelly and Romel are the most loving caregivers. They treat every dog like he or she is their own. I feel completely safe and secure when Pixie is with them. She's incredibly attached to me yet she's still SO excited when she realizes we're heading to Kelly and Romel's house, or when they show up to pick her up from mine. They go out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule, update me with photos and messages from Pixie when I'm away, and are always professional, prompt, and communicative. Couldn't be better.

Being a rescue dog, our Ernie is often anxious and fearful of strangers.  We had warned Kelly and Romel of Brooklyn Pet Services about this before they met him, but from day one it was clear that we (and Ernie) had nothing to worry about.  They approached Ernie in a calm and gentle manner that led to an instantaneous bond between them.  

Kelly and Romel walked Ernie on a daily basis for a year while we lived in East Williamsburg.   One of the hardest parts of moving from the neighborhood was having to leave them...but we continue to utilize their services when we go away on vacation.  We know we never have to worry about Ernie being well taken care of when he is with them!  They have been nothing but trustworthy, reliable and professional throughout our experience with them and I cannot recommend their services enough!
