Very well. This is a 2014 Forester and it looks like new?though it didn't after I backed into a fire hydrant, punching a hole in the passenger door and bending the fender outward.
The fender was quickly replaced, but I had to wait a couple weeks for the new door to arrive from Japan. The car was drivable, so I returned to Blue Star when the door became available. It took three days to replace the door and paint the fender to match. The Subaru dealer's estimate was considerably more, and would have taken five days. Btw, there's a car rental company two blocks away.
This seems to be a family business. Ivan and family are friendly and no less professional. I hope not to need such services again, but if I do, this is where I'd go.

Terrible. Everything was done terribly. I would never ever recommend anyone to go back there. Not only me, I noticed how they treated other people, absolutely bad. Anything and everything about the experience was bad, I don’t even know how to describe it. From shabby work, to lying, to not doing what they promised. They talk very nicely but the outcome is just the opposite. It is not even so much about the pricing as long as the work gets done as they promised but they haven’t done either. I spent quite a bit of money; I don’t remember how much exactly. I had to go back four times to get the boards to put back on because they didn’t put it back on and every time, it took forever. It took two months to get it done and then at the end, I still had things missing and things that weren’t done but I got so frustrated, I didn’t want to deal with them anymore, so I didn’t go back and went somewhere else to fix it.

This was, by  FAR, the best experience I have ever had repairing my car--always traumatic.  The Ivans are absolute gentleman, very professional and fair.  I really trust them and they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Several people asked if I had gotten a new car!  I will use them and recommend them.  They do body work but are also mechanics. 

They were incredibly nice and reasonably priced.  It was a pleasure dealing with them.
I will do all body work with them in future. In fact, they are replacing my fender.

It went excellently, I went there after speaking to them on the phone and they sized up the issues and asked me to come back in two days when they had the parts and time. The were very nice and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. The price was very fair.

I had a very excellent experience at Blue Star. Ivan senior and Ivan junior were pleasant, efficient, experienced and very knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and completed on time. As for the quality of the work, Imy doorman asked if I had bought a new car when it was sitting in front of my building

I wasn't charged anything because it was through insurance. They are a collision repair place. There was nothing bad about them. The overall experience was very good. The work was fine. They were very good. I had kind of a different situation because I was waiting on a check from a rental car company because their driver hit my car. It was taking them forever to get the check to me and they were very cooperative and understanding. They were very understanding people and they were very easy to talk to. The vehicle was supposed to be ready on a certain day and it wasn't but it wasn’t relevant because I didn't have the check.

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR AN AUTO BODY SHOP - GO HERE! 
These guys really went above and beyond the call of duty. From the very moment I walked in the door I felt GOOD. As a female, this is not a familiar thing to feel when walking into most auto repair or service places. Ivan was attentive, responsive and communicative. I really felt like he was on my side and the work they've done for me has proved as much. There were several areas where the paint was peeling on my car and another large dent from another hit-while-parked scenario where the driver left. They went ahead and repaired all this stuff that was unrelated to the insurance claim and didn't charge me any extra. When it became clear that the car was going to take an extra day they were very communicative about it. The 1998 volvo which had regressed to city beater now looks so good that I want to upgrade the torn cloth seats to leather and they're even helping me source some nice used ones. 
I was dreading the whole process of this repair so much and these guys made it better than i ever could have imagined it would be.
