I called Friday 12/7/12 to schedule an estimate and Frank came out to on Monday 12/10 and was doing the work the very next day. His guys were absolute professionals. We live in a prewar building and were very concerned that the ceiling light instillation was going to take down all the plaster. Not only were they super responsive to our concern, but they were able to do the job without a single knick, scratch, or crack. The wiring is also super old and they were able to get the new fixtures in without having to rewire the whole thing. Best of all, they cleaned up after themselves. They actually took out my vacuum cleaner and vacuumed my floor. I was so pleased with them that I will never use anyone else ever again and I would recommend them to everyone!

Working with this company was an absolute pleasure. The two electricians who came arrived on time and were fully equipped to do the job. They were clear experts, worked quickly and neatly, and got the job done in no time. They were also delightfully funny.  I recommend Blaze Electric wholeheartedly and enthusiastically and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The technician came to our apartment a month ago to install the new fixture.  Unfortunately I never fully checked the box and most of the glass was pulverized.  The technician didn't charge us and even took a look at a few other things in the apartment and advised us on those other issues.
The next time the technician arrived I had received the replacement glass.  Although he was there towards the end of the time window I was given he was nothing but professional.  He installed a very heavy and fragile light fixture by himself and did an amazing job.  The fixture looks great and he even cleaned off all the fingerprints with windex before leaving.
I would definitely use these guys again.

I looked them up and then called them.  They came out on the scheduled date.  They were on time.  They put the lights in and it only took about 3 hours.  I am going to use them again.

I was immediately disrespected in just inquiring about their service.  I live in Far Rockaway and in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, I reached out to this company for electrical service.  I was told that they would not come out to Far Rockaway because people in Brooklyn needed their help more.  What an attitude to have in such a time of crisis.

I tried to get them to come out and do the work, they never contacted me back.

They did not clean up 100% percent. But the work looked like it was neatly done. The only thing is that when the inspectors came it did not pass the inspection the first time. They came back the second time with the inspectors and it seemed to pass the inspection. I am yet to get anything in writing yet about passing the inspection though.

We believe it would be a higher grade when the work is completed.

Blaze was great - I called them in the morning, they arrived early afternoon, worked quickly and neatly, fixed it all in no time and were so pleasant to deal with.  They were very reasonable in price and I'll never call anyone else again!

The appointment was originally scheduled for Monday, but Frank called and asked me if we could reschedule to Tuesday because he was backed up.  That was okay with me.  The repairman came early on Tuesday and did the work in a professional and pleasant manner. The doorbell and the intercom work fine now.  I would use Blaze in the future.

Everything went very well. They were very courteous and professional. They came over right away and did the job correctly.

They came in less than one hour. They called Con-Ed to put the work order in to solve the problem, and explained how we possibly can get reimbursed from Con-Ed.

He is responsive, he comes right away and he gets the job done quickly in one day. I am happy with his services, his workers always clean up after themselves, they are very conscientious to clean up their mess. I have recommended them to other people, they are also available 24/7, if anything happens he is there and he is dependable, which is great! He also gives you a decent price!

The electrician arrived promptly after calling and quickly identified this issue. He did a great job fixing the problem and was courteous and friendly.  Overall, a great experience.

I was most impressed with the way the company ("Frank") responded to a complaint. The technician arrived as promised -- even earlier! -- and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem but....he did not accept the Angie's List "first time user" coupon claiming it did not apply to credit card transactions and charged an additional $30 in cash for the replacement part (again not accepting the coupon). After he left I called the company and Frank agreed not only to honor the coupon when he processes the credit card charge but to also deduct the $30 I was charged for the part.

I would highly recommend Blaze Electric. Earlier in the week I called for an estimate for two ceiling fans. Frank told me the fee and scheduled an appointment for this morning. Frank was right on time and intalled the fans with out any problems. He was pleasant & thorough. Also, despite my not mentioning it when he quoted me the price, I asked if he apply the Angie's List Coupon. He was happy to apply the additional discount. The fans look and work great. I will definitely use Blaze Electric again!

He solved our electrical problem. Our lights were not working in our bathroom and they were shorting out the rest of the house. We had 2 handymen try to fix it to no avail. He came and was able to fix in in a flash! He was very nice and more inportant, he did great work!!! I would call him again. Thanks Angie
