Provider had his men drop off 5 outdoor heat lamps, almost left without showing us how to use them. during the party we tried to turn them on and 2 didnt work When we returned the heat lamps, we let him know two didnt work, and the tanks were full. He told us we had to play with them for awhile and that would have gotten them to work. In the end, no one went outside and used the heat lamps, 3 were not enough to keep people warm. We had an option to get 3 heat lamps from another company for half the price, but they only had 3 and we knew we needed 5 for warmth. He kept promising to check the heaters for a couple of weeks, after calling several times he said they were working. when I asked him to just refund for the Two heat lamps and gas we didnt use, he refused to help at all. I advise every one to think twice before they go to someone so unprofessional.
