The service went OK. We called a few people and they had a reasonable price. They did come on time, just a little late. But they got the work done good and everything works fine.

I plan on having them back to put in a bathtub because of their excellent service.We made the arrangements and they were very accommodating. When they came on the first appointment the toilet was the wrong size. So they repaired the toilet that was there, put in the order for the new one, and I was impressed with that. When I called back to have them put in the new toilet they said well we repaired the other one. They weren't pushy at all.

The fellow was on time, courteous, pleasant, very knowledgeable, confident and fast. He did everything within a half hour, and gave us a pro-rated fee, so that we did not pay for a full hour. Everything is fixed and the experience was lovely. They even included the cost of the new hardware (about $50) in the fee!

To their credit, the plumbers first attributed the leak to poor tub grouting. When regrouting did not solve the problem, they returned to look further. To access the shower pipe, the plumber carefully removed a large marble tile without damage. They found that the showerhead connection to the riser had broken. The plumbers left to get a part and returned to complete the job. During the course of the job the plumbers found that the kitchen shut off valves were faulty. They did not have time to replace the valves so we scheduled that work for another date. The amount spent reflects two visits for the shower plus one for the valves. As with our prior experience, Aladdin was very responsive and thorough. We will use them again and can recommend them.

Very punctual. Dealt with both faults very efficiently - it took nearly 2 hours because the faucet turned out to be trickier than originally thought so he had to go out and get a replacement part but I was very pleased with the work. He also left everything very clean when he was finished. He then called in to the office to detail the work completed before giving me the final price and then in addition to the receipt I received at the time, I was sent an invoice detailing all of the work completed in the mail. Loved the 10% discount from Angie's list too!

They were very helpful. The same guy came for the estimate and the actual repair. He was great about telling me exactly how much I could do myself to save money. Each time he was punctual, polite, faster than expected, and informative. When he returned with a partner to do the pipe replacement, they were both very considerate, and did their best to clean up the mess that inevitably resulted from the pipe removal, without dragging out the time. I did not price out other companies for the repair, so I don't know if the price was excellent. I can only say it was more than I was hoping to pay but less than I was afraid I would have to pay! Will definitely use them again.

The whole experience was perfect. The person who scheduled the call was professional and extremely courteous, as was the person who came and did the work. The plumber arrived at our house exactly when he was supposed to. The job came in at the amount estimated. The plumber was extremely neat, did the job quickly and carefully. He even asked whether we wanted to keep the old faucet, or whether he should dispose of it. We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely use Aladdin again.

The workers were nice but oddly, they lacked supplies you'd think they'd have on the truck in their line of work shims, paper towel, something to catch radiator drainage. They kept me running up and down two flights getting them these things. The owner came by a few days later in response to their assessment that their fix might only be temporary and the system might need more complex work. But in the interim the pipe was quiet so we decided to leave it all alone and worry about it if/when the pipe starts banging again. There was no charge for the follow-up visit.

The workman arrived a few minutes after the 2 hour time slot that I had been told which wasn't an issue for me as I was home for the day. The plumber was delightfully professional, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. All the work was performed in slightly less time than the minimum billable time of an hour and I am very happy with the finished job.

Repesentative came on time, and patiently waited for a 1/2 hr or so until we were ready for his assistance (sink was delivered late). He was friendly & pleasant -- he even jumped in to help install the stainless steel counter with welded-in sink while he was there. The only complaint I have is that he didn't check the gas valve for leaks after he hooked it up. My carpenter noticed the gassy odor after the Aladdin guy had long gone. Aladdin also didn't check to see if my new appliances came with the hookup materials (which they did) & used his own. I ended up just giving him mine as a trade, but it seems like these days the stores sell you stoves and dishwashers with the hookup set as a package.

They were great at coming to see the site and estimating the project, and they were great at execution. The only problem was that on the day they were supposed to do the job, the team thought they were coming to spec the project. Because of this, they had no tools or supplies and we lost part of a day and had to reschedule. But to their credit, they did as much of the work as they could so when they came back; it only took a couple of hours to finish. And they were accommodating about the price in response to this inconvenience to me and my family.

These men were so professional and courteous that they fixed a small leak in my kitchen after they finished this job and didn t charge me a dime for this. They really care about the service they give and their prices are really good. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased. I had called many plumbers to come do this simple job. Most didn't show or call back. I called Aladdin at 11:00 AM and they came over 2 hours later for such a small job. The worker was quick, professional and competent.

The couple of quotes that we received were pretty good, but this companies was the best by far. We were surprised with how fast they had the job completed. They did excellent work. We had all of our questions answered immediately. We were very happy with how friendly everyone was. We felt like they really cared about doing the best job they could.
