Description of Work: We needed a gas line extended for an outdoor natural gas grill. I called for an estimate, preferring an appointment for early morning or later in the day (as other plumbing companies I spoke with offered, so I wouldn't need to take an entire day off of work for ten minutes of their time). They got back to me with an appointment for ten days later between 11am and 2pm, with a call 30 mins before arriving. I explained that would be a difficult timeframe to work with, requesting a call back to re-schedule. Never heard from them.
