We went with Adkins to install a dry well and drain, and level a portion of our yard to divert rainwater from an area prone to flooding. At the end of the project, they left a mess of excess soil and debris in our garden bed (included before / after photos). While they addressed the flooding, I didn't realize we would be left dealing with excess soil removal and re-mulching our garden bed, which they used to dispose of the ground soil from the hole they dug. Overall, very poor communication with Savangh - who should take care to ask questions and ensure the work doesn't result in another mess to clean up, even if it means adding an additional disposal fee to the overall estimate. Also, Adkins (Savangh) is the first business that ever hung up on me instead of resolving the issue like a professional. Now, I just noticed that when I paid the balance on the invoice (less than 24 hours after the completed job), they tacked on a $35 late fee in violation of the contract that states a late charge will apply 7 days after non-payment. Don't expect professionalism or a customer-oriented approach with Adkins.

"Thank you for your feedback, [Member Name Removed]. However, I must clarify that your review contains several inaccuracies. Before the project began, our representative thoroughly reviewed your contract and scope of work with you and your husband. Throughout the installation of the drywell and resloping of the pavers, both of you were present. While you went back to work, all communication was directed to your husband. I personally showed him every part of the process, including the excavation and materials used. Regarding the excess soil, we clearly communicated that soil removal was not included in the contract. Your husband was informed that the soil would be repurposed to level out your garden bed, and this was agreed upon by both of you. I also discussed removal fees, which you chose to decline. As for the late fee, it's important to clarify that no such fee was applied to your account, contradicting your claims. Our communication was professional throughout, and we have always prioritized customer satisfaction. Concerning the discoloration of the pavers, I informed you that this is temporary issue, and they would return to their original color shortly. You expressed satisfaction with the work and even considered referring us to friends and family. We pride ourselves on our integrity and communication at adkins landscape contracting. We have been serving our community since 2015 with honesty and professionalism. Again, I appreciate your feedback but we stand by our commitment to quality service."

Horrible. Adkins tries to cut corners and did a horrible concrete job in my back yard. They admitted to doing a bad job then tried to back out of making it right. I was left with a slab of poorly poured concrete that was unfinished for a year before JGJ landscaping fixed everything right. Couldn't get my money back in small claims so Im out 5 grand. Leave Angies list and go to Home Advisor. This guys a fool because he would have had work all summer with my neighbors. He stole 5 grand and lost at least 20 grand in next door referals. Enjoy it Adkins.
