ACCURATE APPLIANCE REPAIR

I had no cold water running on my G.E. top loading washing machine.The machine was not functioning on cold/cold or hot/cold settings. The provider  arrived early .He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.It took him less than 30 minutes.I was also given a guarantee for the replaced part.I've had no problems with the machine since.

Joe was prompt, courteous, professional, honest and affordable. My machine is old and he was up front about what could and could not be done.

From the first phone call, dealing with Accurate Appliance Repair was a positive experience. Virginia answered the phone and is very friendly and helpful. She scheduled a prompt appointment and followed up as she said she would the say of the service. She gave a three hour window for our appointment Anthony, who repaired the washing machine, came well within that time period and actually completed the job before the end of the estimated timeframe. He was knowledgable, friendly, and did a very clean job. He did not leave a mess and wiped up any dirt that arose from his repair. He gave helpful information for future use of our machine. They also offer a 3 month guarantee on all of their repairs. I definitely would recommend them and use them again in the future.

It went very smoothly.  They answered the phne promptly and because of the nature of the repair were able to squeeze me in for the next day.  The repairman they sent was efficient and very friendly.  I had confidenced in him right away.  He came back the next day to finish the part replacement and was prompt and kind then too.  Very impressed.

Called the service in the morning. They called back to confirm service person would arrive that afternoon. Person arrived as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, proceeded to melt all accumulated ice, so parts could be replaced, and finished job in less than one hour. Price included 5% Angie's List discount.

Everything was very good. They were professional and quick. I called them the night before and they came the next day to give me an estimate. They had to order a part so it took a couple of days, but as soon as they got it they came within a couple of days and did what they had to do. I was satisfied with them. The parts were expensive, but I can't blame them for that.

I love these guys! They gave me a window of 10-1, and showed up a few minutes after 10. They solved my problem, explained what caused it. While one of the guys was working on the refrigerator, I asked Joe to advise me on my noisy washing machine. He told me exactly how he would deal with it--my model of Maytag gets like that, it's not well made, and not worth the high cost of replacing the noisy part. He also gave me advice on what type of washing machine to buy in the future, and what not to buy. He also listened to my dryer, and said it was fine. I felt so well informed and in such good hands. By 11am, they were gone and my problem was solved.

Perfectly.  I have used this company several times, and they are consistently excellent. My fridge was running very hot the compressor was so hot the body of the fridge was too hot to touch in places - fancy controls told me that the freezer was up to 11 degrees and the fridge was 52 degrees.   Called GE as the manual did not offer any help, and they were useless.  Called Accurate, and the friendly responsive young lady who answered the phone  had John, a service tech here within a few hours.  John checked it out, and thought that possibly all that was needed was to remove a back panel and clean the coils.  Voila - the coils were covered with matted dust.  The manual does not tell you that the panel can be removed to clean the coils.  John told me that he thought the fridge would cool down, although there was the possibility that due to the excessive heat over a period of time there could be some damage.  He  recommended that I let it run to see what happens, rather than look for / replace anything prematurely.  He volunteered that if I called back for the same problem in a few days  that there would be no additional service charge for the visit (they charge to come and diagnose - much less than GE by the way, and credit that towards the repair if needed).  He did not charge me anything other than the service charge, although he spent some  time cleaning the coils.  
By the way, that was this morning and my fridge is almost back to normal temps.  Thank you John and everyone else at Accurate. 

I called them for a service, they came the same day.  The part was not a stock part so they ordered it for me.   They called me two days later when the part came in.  The service man arrived promptly an hour later and quickly replaced the part.    I looked up the cost of the part online, and they didnt charge me anymore than i would have paid if i had ordered it from the cheapest source possible. 
The service fellow was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.

Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and the service was reasonably priced.

Arrived in the window they said they would.  The problem was diagnosed.  They gave the price.  I said yes.  They Fixed it.  I paid the bill.  The End.

I originally went to a low tech oven repair and got ripped off with price and service and my oven stopped working after three months. 
I called Accurate Repair and they were here in about an hour, and they fixed the problem.

Pilot lights went out on a tenant's oven. I made the mistake of ringing places at Noon (? - my office does not close for lunch), but Accurate Appliance Repair was the first to return my call within an hour. It was very pleasant speaking to Virginia, she is personable and familiar with the neighborhood, and was very accommodating about scheduling with the tenant directly. I received a call from the technician Joe this morning that the repair went smoothly, and all was done within the two-hour window given. It's convenient being able to pay by credit card and not just by check. I will definitely call again when I need someone to evaluate/repair another oven, or a refrigerator or dishwasher, etc. Very pleased with this first experience. They have a 5% coupon for Angie's List members.

He was punctual and friendly. Explained what he was doing while he was doing it. ACCURATE APPLIANCE REPAIR is someone that would make you comfortable. I think that's how appliance men should make you feel so they get a call back.

The technician arrived within the scheduled time window and replaced the gas coils on our dryer which had not been heating. Now the dryer works well so he resolved the problem.

Repairman showed up on time and provided estimate, in this case recommending a replacement.

It went great. He was punctual, diagnosed the problem immediately, repaired it and he was on his way.  A great job!!!!

The heating element of the unit was not functioning.  He checked the vents for debris and replaced the coils.  Dryer works again.

We detected a burning smell coming from our dryer. The next morning we called Accurate, and they sent someone within a few hours. The repariman told us lint had caught fire, but otherwise the dryer was fine. They blew out the vent. We have used Accurate before and have always been satisfied with their service.

I called Accurate Appliance Repair for the 2nd time this year and was very happy with their response.
The first time I had an old dishwasher that was leaking and a refrigerator not cooling. The most recent was a stovetop problem.

times I got an appointment quickly and the company worked with my job
schedule. (They actually called 15 minutes before they arrived so I
could run from my nearby office to meet them.)
Each time they were
pleasant and helpful, and willing to explain things that would enable me
to troubleshoot certain problems myself.
This time I just paid the service charge.
I would call them again, and have recommended the company to friends.
