Description of Work: The pic in Angie's List was of and outdoor air conditioner set-up. If I knew that the "check--up and vacuuming" meant one window unit, I would not have scheduled them. We have 3 window air conditioners. It is not their fault; I took seriously the notation that the picture did not necessarily match the offer. | |They were focused and professional. If I had a house and they came to look at a basement or outside motor unit, I have no doubt that they would service spring preparation of the unit for the summer (and/or diagnosing and recommending approaches to identified needs for mechanical service).

A little over a week ago, I started experiencing issues with my AC unit. I started getting estimates from other HVAC companies but decided 212 HVAC would be my best choice and I was not disappointed! From the moment I called 212 HVAC, they were very professional and worked around my schedule to set up an appointment as quickly as possible. When the technical arrived the day of the appointment, he inspected my AC unit and gave me an estimate. The technician explained to me step by step what they were going to do as well as the pricing. I decided to do the job that same day and they finished in less than 2 hours! I was very happy with the overall service that they performed. If I ever have an issue with my AC unit again, 212 HVAC will definitely be the first company I would call!
