They came, did their job and left. Charged a fair price, did a good job and I was happy to be the problem was fixed.

For more than one week we were promised a plumber five times and a plumber to call once. Never once got a call back. Ended up not being able to complete project in time. The only reason I kept calling them back was two earlier good experiences with the people who do the actual hard work. Dear (well, no longer that dear..) Wynne: Get rid of the person answering your phone - or put him somewhere he won't have a chance to ruin your business. My old review follows: --- After having tried to find for weeks an honest and reasonably priced plumber to install a new valve to correct a violation Wynne was a gift from heaven. This company is out there to solve your problems, not to take advantage of your situations. Have used them twice now. It is not terribly easy to make appointments with them, but as you get them to your home you will get your problems solved. Thanks again, Fred and co!

Called in the morning. They said they would be there between 2pm and 4pm. They inspected the work to be performed and determined they could do the work on the spot for $150.00. They did the work perfectly and also recommended future needs when ever I was ready to call them back.

Arrived on time. Removed damaged auxiliary hot water tank and re-piped bathroom sink and tub/shower to main hot water tank. Work appears to be of high quality. Gave discount for getting name from Angie's List.

Truly excellent service and excellent professionalism. Cleaned up after themselves, went out for correct parts, explained everything clearly, were extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. Only downside, they were delayed by an emergency but other than that I was completely satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I had requested that the van pick me up at my studio and drive me to the apartment where the sink to be repaired was. There was a miscommunication as to where exactly I was to be picked-up. Eventually I was picked up. After that, everything went very smoothly and Carlos did the job expeditiously and throughly.

It went very well indeed.And took only one hour from start to finish.

They were very flexible with my appt. I really appreciated the fact that they worked around the time my new stove was to be delivered. The guys were very professional and thorough. They didn't rush through the job.

Appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, so I took time off work to be home. I called at 8:15 to confirm appointment and dispatcher said he was busy and that he would call me back later - in 30 minutes. He hadn't sent out the plumber yet, so it would be delayed. And he was unclear about some other job that was before me that he hadn’t sent someone out for. Point is, he was very busy and didn’t have any details - I told him I would call back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, he is still busy, but now he needs to reschedule my appointment for another day. Lack of professionalism, lack of respect for the customers time. I graciously declined his offer to be burned again at a later date. There are better plumbers out there.

They were great, professional, and efficient with the service. I would use them again. The estimate was right on so I knew what I was going to pay ahead of time.

The plumber was pulling up to the front door as I came home. He was able to clear the drain in my tub and called me to show that the tub was running without a blockage. He also left the bathroom clean.

The problem turned out to be much simpler than expected, fixed itself before the plumber got here. They didn't charge me and were really nice about it. Good people and I will definitely call them again if I have another problem.

I've used Wynne Plumbing and Heating for several years. They have always come on time which I think is rare for plumbers. Their work is great and I'm very satisfied. The price is right and they are careful not to get mud or dirt on my floors.

Very prompt and they seem to be very responsible. They do the work and they do it fast. Around $150 per hour.

Polite,. (Not on time, but forgiven). Haven't been billed yet although I called them two weeks ago to let them know they'd neglected to send a bill. Was given estimate of under $300.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY NICE AND NEAT IN APPEARANCE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE TOO HIGH FOR THE JOB THAT WAS DONE.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HELPFUL. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE, SO WE WILL PROBABLY CONTINUE TO USE THEM BECAUSE THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK.
