We've been driving by this place for years. Recently we got rear ended. The bumper and air bag sensor needed to be repaired. Their work was quick and impressive. Our contact was Allison and I cannot say enough good things about her. Very professional and responsive. Two qualities that you can rarely find in the service industry. I hope we are never in another accident but if we are, we know where to go!

I brought my car to the shop for an estimate on the cost of replacing the front passenger side door. Was not interested in painting, just a replacement because the door had a huge gash. He tried to convince me that both doors needed to be replaced and the car needed to be painted because his name was going into the work. Treated me as if I was stupid enough to think that car doors are manufactured aftermarket. He never even bothered to check if he could find the door in the color I needed and was giving me an $850 estimate. Would not recommend or use this place.

GEICO, my insurance company (which was completely fair, reasonable. and responsive) decided that my car, which was hit and smashed in on the front of the passenger side, would cost more to repair than it was worth, so they made me a cash offer, minus the $500 deductible on my policy. I was tempted to take the money and buy another vehicle, but I decided that I really liked my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe and wanted to save it. I looked up the reviews of Personal Touch on Angie's List, which were few but quite positive, so I drove the car to their shop. Mike, the owner, told me that Personal Touch would fix my car for what the insurance company was willing to pay (and GEICO had stopped totaling the costs when the estimate hit 75% of the car's value) and he did it! In addition, he forgave $200 of the $500 deductible on my policy. And because I was in a bind and needed the car to get out of town, he completed the repair, including a new fender and right-front suspension system, in about 2 days. Allison, the office manager, explained the whole process to me in advance and carefully monitored the process along the way, including working with my insurance company and keeping me informed of the progress. I drove the car on a 175 mile trip yesterday and it functions flawlessly and looks beautiful. There isn't much more to say. Personal Touch did excellent work, saved me money, saved my car, and made the whole process as close to painless as possible.

I called Personal Touch and was given a date and time to come in for the estimate. Everyone was on time and friendly. I had some difficulty understanding that the estimate was for both the service and the new seat and the gentleman who spoke to me was very helpful. I kept the car in my possession until the new seat that needed to be ordered came in. They kept me informed every step of the way and were friendly, compassionate, and all around wonderful with their explanations, response to questions, and even dealing with my autistic son during the pick up. The women responsible for closing my transaction were WONDERFUL! They gave my son some swag and were truly considerate (making sure to ask if he could have things like bubbles and beach balls before giving it to him). The new seat back doesn't move in one of the directions, but it is upright. I truly believe they found the best replacement possible considering the age and model of the car.

Service was amazing and the staff is very professional. Really worked well with me and my insurance company. Knew what they were doing with paperwork, etc. Even took care of my care rental once I had a claim number. Was not without a car for long. If I find myself in this situation again, I would definitely use this shop!
