Our shop is equipped with the frame & uni-body straightening equipment needed for today’s cars & SUVs’. Our down draft spray booth guarantees a perfect paint job – custom or regular every time. We have an in-house computerized mixing room with 2 $40,000 mixing machines and 3 computers for all our perfect color matching needs. We use the best materials only! For paint, it is PPG & DuPont. (Other material 3-M & Sem. Etc.) Please note. Never wax your new paintwork before 4 months. This will allow the paint to be perfect for the life of the car. **We will arrange for your car rental with Enterprise for you.** We are near all public transportation. For local customers if need be, we will drop you home or at work and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. **We provide all necessary tow service for your car, truck or SUV.** We provide coffee, tea, cold water or soda and a decent conversation while you wait. It should be comforting to know, your vehicle is safe with us. We are a 100% indoor operation. We have a 16 camera with sound and security surveillance system that is on 24/7. Your vehicle is never kept out doors. On any type of jobs over $1,000.00, we offer you pin striping or protective door edge moldings, “FREE”.

Allison, the office manager, explained the whole process to me in advance and carefully monitored the process along the way, including working with my insurance company and keeping me informed of the progress.
I drove the car on a 175 mile trip yesterday and it functions flawlessly and looks beautiful. There isn't much more to say. Personal Touch did excellent work, saved me money, saved my car, and made the whole process as close to painless as possible.
The new seat back doesn't move in one of the directions, but it is upright. I truly believe they found the best replacement possible considering the age and model of the car.
