These carpets were sent out to them, but they may come into the home, I don't know. They will pick up if you need them to. They helped me out with additional questions, and gave me advice on the best way to repair.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR ALL OF MY CARPET NEEDS. HE DOES A GREAT JOB. HE DOES WHAT HE IS SUPPOSED TO DO. HE IS VERY INFORMATIVE. HE'S A GREAT PEOPLE PERSON. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEIR PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. THEY WERE VERY LATE. THEY DID A POOR JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPET. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY WERE VERY NICE WORKERS. IT WAS EXCELLENT WORK DONE ON THE CARPETS. THE CARPET WAS CLEAN.
