THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP, THEY TOOK THE RUG, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY RETURNED IT. I LEFT MY RUG WITH THE DOORMAN, AND THEY PICKED IT UP AND RETURNED IT.

I THINK THEYRE VERY GOOD, RELIABLE AND RESPONSIVE. I CAN CALL AND WITHIN A WEEK THEY COME AND GET MY CARPETS. IF IM NOT HERE ON THE DELIVERY DATE, THEY WILL DROP THINGS OFF WITH THE DOORMAN. IF I MISS COMPLETELY I CAN GO TO THEIR SHOP AND DROP IT OFF AND PICK IT UP FROM THERE IF I COMPLETELY FORGET.
