They went above and beyond to work with us to help us get the job done right.

They arrived earlier than was expected and installed the shingles on the roof that were missing in no time. They had already left the premises by the time I arrived home. I looked at the roof and something seemed wrong. They came back and made the adjustment the same day and they warranteed the work! I was satisfied and would recommend them to my neighbors.

Mohammed came early in the am and did an excellent job of putting the vinyl back onto the side of the house at a minimal cost to me. Great job! Thanks much, Jane Q

I had four (4) other estimates for the project and Mohammad beat all of them. He came when he said he would, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up after he completed the work. I recommend him and will use him again if I needed.

Man I������d give them 10 stars if I could! Doing a gut renovation, we������ve worked with more than our fair share of contractors, and these guys were the best experience we������ve had by far. They don������t just show up on time; they show up 10 minutes early. They put in extra hours to get the project done ahead of schedule, and they did it all for a price that was affordable. They did our roof and stucco on the back of our house and the quality of the work was better than I would have imagined possible. When done, the place was cleaner than when they started. Plus, they are all just really nice guys. Hire these guys and know that the job will be done right, it������ll be done by people with integrity, and that once it������s done, you������ll probably want to sing their praises too. Best contractor I������ve ever seen, hands down.

This is an excellent company and they did a difficult quickly and thoroughly.( Removed deck and repaired roof then replaced deck) They responded quickly, gave a very professional and complete estimate, and sent an insurance document with my company named as additional beneficiary as requested. Theirs was not the lowest estimate but they did a very thorough job, came when they said they would, and completed the job in the time promised.They also provided an excellent guarantee for their work and communication was crystal clear. So far lots of rain and no leaks. Highly recommended

I cannot rate the company on quality yest because I have not been able to assess the work until it rains.

They did the entire roof, new plywood, new shingles, new capping, new guttering. They took out all the garbage in a timely fashion and there pricing was great! Very proffesional they did what they said they would do.

Mr. Butt of Fine Waterproofing repaired my flat roof. He did what he stated he would for the price we agreed upon. He takes his reputation seriously and he completed the job in a timely fashion. It looks like it will hold up but I won't really know until it rains.

I had my roof redone now for the third time an I think this is the only time was done right the second time they even damaged my sidind and this last company fixed it at no extra charge so I wold not have any chance of leaks

Fine Waterproofing repointed the brick on the two lower floors of the extension on our brownstone, as well as replaced a leaky rainspout. They did beautiful work, cleaned up after themselves, were very professional. I just wish they wore masks while they were grinding the old mortar away. My only complaint. Would definitely hire them again.
