They transform what is normally a dull business interaction into AN EXPERIENCE!! They transcend mere �courtesy�; they exude a warmth and friendliness you simply will not encounter with other contractors in NYC. �Memorable� home repairs are typically the disasters. This is a first: memorably magnificent.

I had my flat roof stripped & completely re done. Work was above expectations, very reasonable priced, best value on market. Sincere, top of line workers. Job was done on time, started every day as schudled. Job was done step by step as outlined in contract. Fine waterproofing is a good hire. Mr. Butt will work with you. Mr. Butt of Fine Waterproofing repaired my flat roof. He did what he stated he would for the price we agreed upon. He takes his reputation seriously and he completed the job in a timely fashion. It looks like it will hold up but I won't really know until it rains.

Muhammed is very professional, experienced, and extra patient with the process. He makes sure I know all the options, helps me choose one suitable for me, and proceeds in such timely manner with a fuss. The project is done exactly as promised, and I was followed up for 3 days in the row to make sure I have no problem at all. My flat top terrace holds up solidly, and I plan to go for the entire roof next. Highly recommended.

came on a Sunday at 8:30 left at 5:30 and the roof was done! Old roof and plywood came off and new plywood and shingles went on. came home from work Monday and the new gutters were on. Everything done.

I had my roof redone now for the third time an I think this is the only time was done right the second time they even damaged my sidind and this last company fixed it at no extra charge so I wold not have any chance of leaks

Reliable, good attention to detail

Man I������d give them 10 stars if I could! Doing a gut renovation, we������ve worked with more than our fair share of contractors, and these guys were the best experience we������ve had by far. They don������t just show up on time; they show up 10 minutes early. They put in extra hours to get the project done ahead of schedule, and they did it all for a price that was affordable. They did our roof and stucco on the back of our house and the quality of the work was better than I would have imagined possible. When done, the place was cleaner than when they started. Plus, they are all just really nice guys. Hire these guys and know that the job will be done right, it������ll be done by people with integrity, and that once it������s done, you������ll probably want to sing their praises too. Best contractor I������ve ever seen, hands down.

They did the entire roof, new plywood, new shingles, new capping, new guttering. They took out all the garbage in a timely fashion and there pricing was great! Very proffesional they did what they said they would do.

They were honest and reliable. A great value. Some of the other companies I spoke with tried to do excessive work for lots more money but these guys gave me a very good price and only offered to do what was necessary.
