We had a really neglected backyard by the previous owner and were not sure what would be to best idea for the to bring it in proper use without break bank.we had couple contractors for estimate but no satisfied us more than Isaac about the finish look and it exactly came out as Alliance pictured it .We are really pleased with their work Quality and Isaac is a very humble and respectful person towards his customers and even workers.we hired him to renovate out kitchen and bathroom Once it is done will be happy to update with pictures and feedback which might help you to hire the right people.cheers

Highly recommend Alliance General construction for all your home repair needs! We have a tiny powder room that needed some TLC as well as exterior work to address a leak around our window frames, pointing, and creating some outdoor curb appeal. Isaac & his team were able to address all these issues in less than a week. Their team arrived promptly in the morning and they took care to install protective plastic and drop clothes to insure that the dust didn’t travel around the whole house and the wood floors weren’t scratched. Every evening they cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess behind. Our neighbors keep complementing us on how sophisticated the front looks and we can’t wait to use them again for our other home remodeling projects

I have had work done by Alliance General before- flat roof replacement and the accompanying interior water damage. Throughout that process, Isaac was calm and reassuring. He explained everything and showed daily update pictures. The crew was always on time and cleaned up completely. He made a stressful situation manageable. Today, I had a bedroom painted. I had the same positive experience. On time, cleaned up. The room looks great. While we chatted in a chilly room, Isaac gave me some pointers about my heating system I didnâ t know.. This is my third project working with Isaac/ Alliance Const. I needed sidewalk repair, then a roof leak, now he fixed a basement wall leaking issue. Nice people who do what they say and do it when they say. This project required coordination with owner and tenant and protection of common areas and tenant property. Excellent attention to detail. Very good communication on issues arising and all resolved very professionally. Work quality was very good. We would use them again for sure. Highly recommend.

I hired them after not getting satisfactory answer regarding to our project from other contractor.i was surprise to hear that some contractor do not use vacuum while do grinding .when I call ed the Alliance Isaac was on time and very polite .His crew were very professional they left the place spot less every evening after work.really pleased with the work quality.Highly recommended.

The company has poor professional relationship. The time frame is not consistent to what they said it would be prior to the work being done. They don't clean up after themselves. They didn't set proper expectations. He said the job was finished but a huge mess was left behind.
