Ray's level of service is fantastic. He fully breaks the cliche' that customer service is dead. First let me mention that if Ray isn't actively cleaning a homes' gutter he typically picks up the phone or returns your call very quickly. Because we recently hit a cold spell with both my roof top and leaves in the gutters frozen, Ray and I had to reschedule several times. As soon as the temperature returned to a safe 45 degrees Ray called me to advise he would be at my home the following day, When our family returned home at the end of the day, not only were the guttters 100% clean but he also at no additional charge used his own hoses to clean around the entire perimiter of the house. Ray you get a BIG THANK YOU from our family and have placed you on our annual must call list. Ray, see you next year!

Got on roof and removed leaves.  Then sprayed gutters with a high powered hose to further clean. Cleaned up after they were done.

Ray Perez is very professional and did a great job.  Was punctual, neat, quick and has a very warm personality.  He wants to be sure his clients are satisfied.  Also, the reason I chose another gutter-cleaning expert (vs. the "old reliable" one that I have used for 10+ years) is because the other company would NOT schedule a time for its customers.  They'd come when they "were in the neighborhood."  This was not OK with me because I have many dogs, and 1) I had to be sure they were all in the house vs. the gated yard and 2) they go nuts with barking when contractors come.  Ray, instead, scheduled a window with me and I was able to get all the pooches inside prior to him performing his services -- AND I could be home when he arrived.  THANK YOU.

He explained the procedure and showed me with some marbles down the downspouts that there is no blockage in them. Overall I am very satisfied and will use his service again in future. Cost was reasonable. I had to call him several times to get an appointment - that is the only problem.

Ray Perez was very responsive and professional, and the work was great. He fixed the gutter they other company damaged, and cleaned the gutters leaving no mess.
