Submitted a request for a quote Sunday morning through Angies list and Andrew was here by 1pm that day, no extra charge for a Sunday visit. He was very professional, worked around us, and wore a mask the entire time he was in our home. Spent over an hour on a ladder, banging on the outside walls making sure he identified all of the locations wasps were living under our siding. Also called to follow-up a few days later. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again!!!

If I could give Best Pest Control a better grade than an A I would. Promptly answered my request through Angie's List about 10 minutes after I placed it. The quote I received over the phone from Andrew was the quote he gave me after he came out to the house to check the job. There were no hidden fees or up-charges. called on a Saturday morning. Andrew was so nice an accommodating. Even though he was not in my area, we arrived within an hour or so. Was extremely knowledgeable, set several baits and carefully sprayed, ensuring my cats would not be harmed by following his simple directions. Aunts were gone almost immediately, just as I was told. Before he left, he told me to call if I had any further problems, and he would be happy to resolve them. Andrew kept his word, as over a month later, the ants were back. Again Andrew was back immediately and I haven’t had any problems since. Not only was he knowledgeable, and personable.... but he was Honest, reliable and most reasonably priced of all the other calls I made prior to calling Best Pest Control. No high pressure sales. Highly recommend.

Overall excellent service. Andrew was responsive, knowledgeable, honest and practical in solving our problem with mice. So many other companies exaggerate the problem and customers pay more than they should. Andrew will quickly identify and solve the issue at a very reasonable price. His staff is great, also, and very easy to coordinate scheduling. Would highly recommend! They are the "BEST".

Andrew was able to come same-day and evaluate the situation. He explained what he would recommend to treat and also evaluated the house for an ongoing remediation plan. The yellow jacket treatment took about 45min and so far has been effective. It came with a 60 day re-treatment guarantee. I am currently weighing the need for an ongoing pest plan.

Andrew and his son, Scott, were wonderful! Scott did the preliminary inspection and found evidence of bed bugs. The actual service was done a few days later. They answered all of my questions and explained what was being done. I also have peace of mind knowing that if I experience bites again within 60 days, they will come back and retreat at no cost to me. Andrew was great, the same day I called he came out after I got home from work. He determined the source of bee activity I had in my roof soffet, and it turned out to be a nest. He was able to remove about 300 bees and treated the area. It's been about a week later and they haven't returned. Thank you!

We called Best Pest because we had some alarming wasp activity in two different places under the eaves of our siding. We left a message about 10 AM and Andy called back within an hour or so. He told us he'd be there between 2 PM and 5 PM, and he was true to his word. He explained to us clearly what needed to be done, then suited up. After spraying into the locations, he said he would come back at no additional charge within a week if there was additional activity at those locations. There was also a 30-day guarantee on work. It has been two days and it seems that everything is resolved and all the critters seem to have been dispatched. We appreciated the quick and effective service. I will definitely call Andy again in the future if needed.

They are great. I am very cautious about spraying property because of chemicals harming wildlife and Andrew always is careful and precise with spraying. He knows what to do when. Also gave advice on how to make our house and shed less attractive to carpenter ants. Great company. Colleen, Andrew’s wife and office manager, is very responsive. We are in the woods so nests of house-eating pests can pop up fast and Best Pest comes right away. We have been customers for many years — more than a decade — and we give Best Pest and A+ rating. Very reasonably priced too.
