Back in May 2019 I hired Rene to repair my appliance, he came out and did the work and I paid him, just recently I noticed that it seemed like the washer was having the same problem so I called Rene yesterday to see if he could come out and take a look and he told me I needed a new washing machine over the phone, he did not want to come out, I feel that I do not need a new machine
