Entirely satisfactory from start to finish.

Initial contact for estimate was professional and estimate was the fairest I came across. Work was done promptly, professionally & neatly. I had used this company a couple of years ago to repair a leak in the roof and found the work to be good and fairly priced.

Although the price for the service wasn t half bad, the overall job disturbed me. As soon as the gutters were put on and they left, I began to get seepage in my garage and this seemed to be coming from the wood just behind the gutters. This had never happened to me before. Also one of their workers broke the connection on the base of the house which connects my irrigation system and I didn t find out about this until after they left. It was obvious that they had to know it was broken, yet no one followed up or told me about it. All in all, I was dissatisfied with both the quality as well as their responsiveness, and I won t be using their services again.

A WEEK LATER AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND THE WORK BEGAN. BESROI SENT A MAN WITH 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE WHO SAID HE WOULD BE STARTING AT 8 A.M. AND SURE ENOUGH HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME. HE DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB, VERY DETAILED AND ALSO A WONDERFUL PERSONALITY. YOU JUST DON'T FIND MANY PEOPLE WHO DO THE JOB RIGHT WITHOUT CUTTING CORNERS THESE DAYS. HE CERTAINLY TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK, UNLIKE MOST PEOPLE AT THIS DAY AND AGE. IN THE FUTURE I WILL NOT GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY FOR ROOFING AND SIDING BUT BESROI. THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB!

Very punctual, neat, cleaned up after. Did very good job. Invited my husband on roof to inspect roof. Put sorret vents in. Very good quality of work.

Besroi was very professional and they cleaned up nicely. They did a great job and we were very pleased with them. I would recommend them to others.
