Work began on April 24. The workers, about 6 where headed up by a man named Theo, arrived in two econoline trucks just before 8:00. We went over what was to be done. They tarped over the front and back windows to protect them from damage and began to remove the old roof and gutters. Great care was made to protect people and property not directly involved in the project. The men performed professionally and respectfully. I marveled at the efficiency of the crew. The peace of mind knowing that a good roof has been installed was worth the cost. King Quality so far has impressed me. They cleaned up, leaving hardly a trace of debris, and the results look great. The job was completed before sundown that day, and all debris removed to a dumpster that was picked up the following morning.

I met them at the home show and they doing this pitch for a free estimates for roofing and siding and because I met them at the home show they were going to take 20% off the order. When they came for the estimate they were about $500 more than all the estimates we got and that included the discount. Their punctuality was pretty good.

The roof wasput on first,Tookonly a day.Cleaned up all refuse. Workers were polite and professional.Siding took a few days. Again workers were prompt polite and professional. All refuse was cleaned up or place in a dumpster, that wasarranged by King Quality. They even had a magnetic seracher tht located any nails that were dropped.We were very happy with the results of the home improvements

My insurance provider had estimated that it would cost $4,200. The guy who came out was very nice, sweet, and empathetic. However, the price they gave me was more than double what the insurance estimator had projected. The estimate included only the roof, but no plywood (decking). He lowered the price to $8,900 with 2 pieces of plywood. I was able to find other providers with a more reasonable price.

They were very good and we were very happy with them. They came when they said they would and they were finished when they said they would. They cleaned up and it was a good experience on the whole. I would use them again in future.

They were very professional, and had about 12 workers here! They stripped the roof, reflashed everything and installed all the roofing and siding in 3 days. We have a large house (3400 sq ft) with many angles. The supervisors were on the job the whole time, and came to us when they had any question about how we wanted things to look. We also had them install a new front door, and find us a contractor for the stone accent work around the door. That took several weeks, mainly waiting for materials to arrive and the other contractors. We did have one leak after they were done, and they came and (hopefully) fixed it.

They were the highest estimate. They came in at $3,400 and with the Angie’s List discount dropped down to $2,900. I didn't go with them because of their price. They were very courteous. I would consider them in the future.

It went very well from start to finish. They were on time. They came when they said they would. The workers were excellent. They cleaned up fastidiously. They did an excellent job cleaning up everyday. Their representative, Robert explained everything beautifully, so I really understood what they were going to do. I will certainly recommend King Quality to anyone who needs a new roof.

Overall, the windows are nice, but the installation was sloppy. They cracked all the moldings around the windows. There were leaks in a few of the windows as well. The lead installer did nothing but complain about how hard the work was and wasn't around half the time(thus the shoddy work). The company did not even call after the job to see if we were satisfied. Very poor way to do business.

From the initial phone call I started to be concerned. The phone rep refused to set up an appointment without my wife present. We both work and it is difficult to have us both available. Not to mention I have been evaluating all the contractors alone. They suggested 6 pm on a weeknight and I asked if it would be a problem due to the lack of light at this time of the year. They assured me it would not. At 6:30 pm the salesman that was supposed to come to our house (Wally), called to say that he couldn't make it because he was too far away and it was too dark!! Then he would only reschedule when my wife was available. When I said that we went out of our way this time and could not both be available again, his response was "then hire someone else." He was a bit rough and abrupt. We figured if it is this difficult dealing with them to get an estimate imagine what it would be like to get the job completed correctly.

They bowed my windows so badly you can actually see arches in the wood. They broke a storm window and did not tell me, they just took it and threw it away. My son ended up throwing them out. They ruined our windows and the house is freezing when they told me it would be warmer. They were nice and cleaned up well, but they made a lot of mistakes.

Work was done in one day. Some issues came up regarding the molding around the windows that we paid extra for. Wrong molding was put up because the workers said they didn't have the more expensive molding we paid for. If we had not come home when we did, they would have continued with the wrong molding. There were several other small areas were the craftsmanship could have been a lot better. It took a very long time for someone to come back and finish one or two details. After the job, we asked for an estimate for another job and never heard back from the company.

These contractors from King Quality were just that, the siding and roofing materials were of high quality and the siding is no maintenance. It did take them awhile to come back to fix one small glitch, but they did and it was no big deal. I would recommend them.

The work was all done by the contractors themselves and everything they did was done with the highest quality materials and workmanship. The clean up was good as well. We did have one problem, which was that many of my shrubs were destroyed and they did not take responsibility for the replacement. I was able to save some, but ended up having to re-landscape quite a bit. That being said, however, the job did turn out very well.

Dan, the sales rep, was very polite. He gave us a quote of $8500.00. He did not go on the roof even though we strongly encouraged him to do so. He said all he had to do was look in the Attic. We had two other quotes and felt we would go with this company. This company was licensed, had a good reputation and was one of the largest companies in our area. When the workers came to do the work they said they couldn't do the job for the quoted price because the sales rep had made a mistake. The sales rep thought we had planks on our old roof and we had shingles which were leaking. In order to do the job correctly it would cost another $5,800.00. The sales rep called back twice admitting his mistake, and after talking to his boss the cost was brought down to $11,500.00. After much deliberation we decided to go with this company. The job was completed in a day. The yard was cleaned on the day of the job's completion and the debris container was removed early the next day.

THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS TO REMODEL THE KITCHEN, WHEN IT ACTUALLY TOOK FOUR MONTHS. IT TOOK 2-3 WEEKS JUST TO SPACKLE. THEY WOULD ONLY SHOW UP ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK FOR ONE HOUR EACH TIME.

THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE. I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT WHEN I CALLED THEM TO COME BACK OUT, IT TOOK THEM THREE MONTHS. THEY HAD TO FIX A LEAK, BUT BY THAT TIME THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY DONE.
