From the time of my call to when the guys left my house I was very pleased.  The office was helpful and friendly they kept me up to date on when the men would arrive.  The men who came to the house were friendly they were very clean and concerned for my home. I was very happy with the work and how prompt and clean they were.

They rendered good services and were fairly priced.  I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I was so pleased with the entire my experience with Certified Plumbing. The office staff and technical people were terrific. They recommended some ways that I could save money with my heating system for my rental properties. I am also a member of a home owner association that uses Certified Plumbing and they highly recommend them to all the homeowners-this is how I was recommended to them. The homeowners association also told me they recommend them to other home owner associations. From the minute they walked into the house, I could tell they were a professionals. They introduced themselves went right to the heart of my problems, asked if I was satisfied with the work they performed, and discussed further my heat loss situation. I have steam heat in the house and have had a total of 6 other plumbers(who were not much to speak of)who could not figure out why my rooms were cold. Certified's technicians were able to advise me on what the problems was and they were able to fix the problem right there and then-it turned out it was some piping that was back wards and now my rooms are perfect. I asked many questions about their experience and found that they not only do plumbing and heating for residential and commercial properties, they also do fire suppression. I was thrilled to learn this since I also have some buildings that require this service. I have since visited their website and found that they really are a very experienced company. I was happy to learn that they not only do large buildings, hospitals and that sort of thing they also do service for regular homeowner and property owners like me.

When the technician came to my house, I enquired why they didn't tell me I needed an expansion tank when they installed the Hot Water Heater so that a second visit could have been avoided. The technician became ornery. When I asked him to explain exactly how he was going to do the work and fit the tank in a cramped area, he became very rude and asked if he should leave and not do the work. When I told him to go ahead with the work, he insisted on being paid before starting. I called their office and straightened it out, but I would not use Certified again.
