excellent workmanship but $300.00 for a clogged kitchen sink was a bit much but they cme and I was in a bind and used the service it was my decision. My advice is get an estimate over the phone first...

This company did very well. They were quick to come out. And they got the work done right away. They were friendly and professional. I thought the pricing was reasonalbe.

Serviceman arrived when expected and he took care of the problem in less than 1 hour.

although they gave the more appealing price they didnt do what they were hired to do. They were supposed to mark the area of the septic tank. All they did was uncover the dirt off the top of my tank which took all of ten minutes if that.. and collected there $150 and left. I wasnt aware of what they had to do until after the contractor came and explained what they should have done.

Just as I was picking up the phone, they called me. It was the first time I had used Service Magic and I was amazed. Luckily, they were doing another job in the neighborhood and came in about two hours. They looked at the configuration of pipes in the cellar and determined where they thought the clog was and cleared the drain in a short time. My only disappointment was the work was just guaranteed for a month.

job requested the excavation of debris in a small drywell in ordewr to facilitate draining-response was quick,professional, and appears to have solved the problem-will need to see if problem has been resolved under a heavy rainfall period-contractor believed its resolved but has agreed to return if the problem has not been eliminated-pricing was a bit on the high side for the time/work involved

Everything Mike said he did! He was at my house within 30 minutes. He inspected the job and found the problem. He was here as promised to do the work. He stayed to over see the entire project. My yard and street were extremely neat and clean when the job was finished. He was respectful of my lawn. My neighbors were impressed because they had the same job done several months earlier by a different company who left their yard a mess. If you are having cesspool problems let Mike due the job, he is a professional. Every phone call was answered and the price quoted was the price I paid. It has been several weeks and all is perfect.
