Best/Flo came to my house promptly as arranged via phone call. Length of job 40 minutes. Unstopped kitchen sink by snaking all the way to the main (where the problem was). My only surprise was the price charged. $250.00 for 40 minutes!!

there was a disagreement about thre agreed upon price for the project. since it was not in writing i paid a higher price than i thought was agreed upon on estimate, even though the price was repeated twice and my husband and I both recollected that price. the toilet seat was put on crooked on both toilets and had to be corrected. Minor error but sloppy, otherwise the installation was adequate.

Sump Pump Repair or Replace
The service tech called quickly & responde within a few hours. Removed a suposed blockage from the pump and replaced cover. It started working. I was unable to see workers working at the wast pump so what the gave me and said was blocking it was doubtful. I know for a fact that the person who uses this waste pump does not use the type of product the repair men showed me. I would never recommend them to anyone for repairs.

"just trying to be honest with customer .they called about a pump not working.we removed an object a sanitary napkin stuck in pump. .customers tenant told landlord they did not flush object.should we have not been honest and charged for a new sewer pump.?. sorry"

It took Chris 3 visits to properly install the drain of my kitchen sink. After the first 2 trials the drain was licking and flooded the new cabinet under the sink. The third time he came, he said that the parts he used before were defective... and that he should charge me extra for the new parts and visit.... Draw your own conclusions.
