They give you a lot of choices as far as materials... they are very neat and do not leave a mess to clean up. I highly recommend them for roofing and remodeling of all kinds.

I just signed a contract with them about two weeks ago. They are going to put on a new roof for me in June. It will cost me a little over $12,000. You can tell that I like them.

Estimate was done last summer, but our area experienced flooding in Sept. 2011, and this company's offices were flooded to a level of 5 feet. The supplier from which they ordered my roofing was flooded to a level of 8 feet. The company estimator asked if the job could be postponed until 2012. He was careful to ask if the old roof was in good shape, and I had the impression that if I had leaks, he'd have done the job earlier.
As it was, they came at the end of January 2012. They did the job in only a few days, were careful about cleanup, and put up remaining pieces of steel last Friday. They were thorough and the finished product looks very nice. They guarantee their work, and did a nice job flashing around the two chimneys. The proof of the weather tightness will come with the first hard extended rain, but I expect no problems.

My experience with them is very good and professional. They do excellent work. We have used this company for many years for things that we have had done around our house. We are always very happy with them; happy with the experience, happy with the work they do. I would highly recommend them to other people. I had the insulation work done within the last week and one of the top guys in the company drove by and came over on Saturday actually to see if I was happy with what was done. For the insulation work, it was $1500 and for the front porch, it was around $10000. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Original estimate was received promptly. Estimate was great. Unfortunately, that is the last we heard from this company. We have called, left messages, been promised contractor would visit our home. Nothing. No phone calls back. Obviously, we are not left with finding an alternate contractor.

After wind and thunderstorms our roof was leaking steadily. I called this company, spoke to a friendly receptionist who was knowledgeable and professional. I called a total of five roofers and only two answered their phones. Many did not answer their phones or return my messages. It took about a week before the worker was sent to my home, due to the high volume of damage after the storms. I never expected him to fix the problem so quickly. He arrived after 5:00PM and was focused, professional and got right to work. No further probelms with leaks.
I will definitely contact this company when I am ready to replace the roof.

We needed a life expectancy estimate for our house we were attempting to buy. They came out promptly and give us an estimate, didn't change us and we enormously helpful even after the fact. You simply don't get customer service like that anymore.

The price they quoted me was $10800. They were attentive and relatively prompt. They did try to work around my schedule the best as possible because this was a remote location. Their estimate was a little higher than some of the others, but they were courteous and detailed. I would say that they were fine.

The original estimate was very professional - including a detailed contract, product information, and tax information. They told me that they couldn't get to my roof until after the new year but were able to squeeze me in right before Christmas since bits of my shingles kept coming off every time the wind blew! They were very professional, cleaned as the work progressed and finished in one day.

An appointment was set up for them to come and give us an estimate. They did not show and my husband called them again and was told they would contact us next week to set up another appointment. They did not call

We researched and narrowed it down to five roofing companies, which came out to give us an estimate and to answer our questions. Tom Shelp, from Peranich and Shelp came out to the house and gave us an estimate. He was very courteous and helpful, and put us at ease immediately. We have had a problem for years, with a chimney that leaks water, right into our living room fireplace. Many years and remedies later, no one has been able to stop the mysterious leaking. We also started to get leaks onto the master bedroom's ceiling. The house was a new construction in 1994. Tom explained what could potentially be found once they removed the old roof. More importantly he gave us a detailed estimate that would leave NO cost surprises later! He worked with us to upgrade the shingles for wind protection (we get a lot of harsh winds up on the hill!). Tom researched and gave us a great price. We compared all the pros and cons with each roof contractor that had come to the house, and Peranich and Shelp came out on top. AND they were extremely reasonable when it came to the price! The office staff is very helpful and answered all our questions and gave us examples of homes to visit to find just the right shingle color. They also bent over backwards to accomodate our schedule. The crew arrived with supplies as planned and had removed the majority of the roof in hours! The crew was headed by Mike Peranich who we can't say enough good things about! We have dealt with many contractors in the past (having built our home) and he is one of the most professional and courteous people in the industry! He even saved us money, by telling us we didn't need to replace the discolored soffit like we had requested. He got up there and scrubbed it with cleaner (at no charge) and it looked brand new! That honesty and creativity scored big points with us! He took extra care with the chimney, because of all the past leaking problems we had had. They had the job done in a day and a half! Other companies were going to take up to 2 weeks. The crew was very conscious of the shrubbery and protected the house well. They even scoured the grounds with metal equipment and picked up any loose nails! Because of our leaking chimney problems, we had different solutions and their respective costs, put into our contract, to accomodate what they might find. Another example of how honest these guys are, was the fact that they could have done all of the steps in the contract up front and bill us. But Mike told us to take it in steps and to wait for big rain storms and assess the situation, and go from there. He came out to the house and looked at the chimney, on his own time after other roofing jobs! All in all we can not say enough about how happy we are with this incredibly professional, and honest company! That, is a very rare thing to be able to say these days! We will and already have, recommended them to others!

I was very happy with them, they were here for a few days and alway let me know what time they would be here in the morning and about what time they were going to work to. The whole crew was were nice and they cleaned up daily before they left which I really appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am very happy with their service and would use them again

Job done quickly, thoroughly and neatly; I originally had the company do a repair, which didn't work out well, apparently due to ice build up; though they didn't credit the repair cost to the new roof, per se, they did allow me the equivalent in discounts for doing sections of the main roof together.

The representative who came was very personable and nice. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. However, when we got the quote we realized that he had not listened to us properly about what we wanted. He had put things we had not asked for in the quote, and the price was for things which we did not want.

Excellent! There were about 10 guys on my roof at 7:30 AM, and they were CLEANED UP and GONE by 4:30 PM.
