They made an arrangement that was not even slightly like I had ordered. It was so inferior that it looked like an 8 year old put it together. They did however ake it right but the Mothers day arrangement was a mess and our mom got a horrible gift instead of something to brighten her day. I will NEVER send anyone to this flower shop again. Shame on them!!

I had Googled this service and found this company, they had one review that said they were great. I called the number and they gave me their website. I went to the website and order a fruit and flower basket for my friend. The important thing that I asked for was that it would be delivered on Monday September 20th. They said that they guaranteed delivery on time. Since this was going to Ohio, when I called the number, I asked her if they were in Ohio and she said yes. On Monday morning, I called again to verify that they had my order and that they were delivering my order and that it was fresh. They assured me, yes it was being delivered, yes, it would be fresh. The delivery was never made. When I called my friend that evening and asked if he had received anything, he said no. When I attempted to call the company, the phone just rang. Tuesday morning I saw that my bank account had been charged for that order by a company out of California. I then called them that morning at 8:30 and the representative I spoke with told me she would have to check with the driver and would call me back. By noon, I had received no return call so I called again. She told me that she had not been able to check with the driver yet and I told her that the delivery had not been made. I was very upset about this since the delivery had not been made on time per their guarantee and I asked them to reimburse me for the basket. That afternoon, I got a call from my friend in Ohio, he was contacted repeatedly by this company challenging him and arguing with him whether or not he was there the day before. This friend does not leave his house. He was very upset that this company called him and spoke to him in that manor. When I called the company about the contact with my friend, a gentleman gets on the phone and starts yelling at me and hung up on me. At this point, it?s in the hands of Bank of America. When you call the number, it records on your phone as restricted, not showing the number you dialed.
