It seemed like there were too many seams which create more cleaning work. The work that was done was okay. Now that we have it, we have to clean it more.

As a new owner of an inground swiming pool, I had no idea how the closing was supposed to work. I called pool Masters, and they walked me through what needed to be done. They showed up on time, put all the componentsd away neatly and did the job to my satisfaction.
I have a spring cover, and one of the straps had not been connected, or had popped off after they left. I called them and they promptly send someone back to correct the issue.

Very Professinal and friendly. We had ordered the wrong size filter and they replaced it with the correct size with no hassles.
