Retro Hot Water & Heating, was started in 1994 in order to help homeowners and commercial customers quickly and professionally resolve issues with their water heaters . We specialize in selling, installing and maintaining water heaters, indirect water heaters and tank-less water heaters. We carry a full line of many brands, including A.O.Smith, Bradford White and many others. We are a national company with our headquarter located in Bay Shore, NY. We are fully licensed and insured. I'm looking forward to helping you resolve any water heater problem.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Waterheaters took the time to understand the required needs and provided recommendations. Waterheaters provided a quote in writing, scheduled the installation date and arrived timely. Care was taken installing the new tank and removing the old tank.

My tankless water heater has been providing NO HEAT for the last 3 years. I’ve hired countless companies to come out to diagnose the problem which they never effectively did. The techs from Waterheaters.com actually took time to diagnose my issue and effectively and quickly fixed my problem. Great value and I have heat! Definitely will hire again.
