The deal was 8 hours of interior house painting. I painted all the room in my house, myself, but could not properly paint our tall staircase walls. They did it for me, including the stairs, and some extra spot work elsewhere in the house.

Let me first state that from the moment I first contacted Brad at B&B I was impressed and one hundred percent satisfied with every level of service they provided. I needed a very large room with close to 18ft ceilings sanded, caulked and painted. With some of the Angie's List painting deals it's somewhat difficult to determine how much work is actually needed or if the deal is sufficient enough to complete the job. I called Brad, explained what I needed done and sent him some pics and be promptly answered all of my questions and told me that if I purchased the deal that he would take care of me. A day prior to the scheduled date I received a call from Brad confirming the time. I have hired many painters, contractors and laborers and in my experience not one of them shows up on time or when they told me that they would. This was not the case with B&B, they arrived early. They worked diligently throughout the day and returned the next day to put the final touches on the room. I had 50 guest in my home the following evening and every person complimented my wife and I on the beautiful work that was preformed in the room. I couldn't be anymore pleased and happy with the work that B&B preformed at my home. They were, prompt, neat, courteous, and the price was phenomenal! Brad is very knowledgeable, supportive & responsive. Great customer service and quality work is key, and he gets that. He gave me the option to buy the paint myself or he'd get it & bill me later. I bought the paint with his very clear instructions about my options, and he supplied the primer and everything else. We set a date for the work to be done and they arrived right on time at a very early hour, laid dropcloths & got to work, and after they left, you'd never know they'd been there except for the new paint color. The work is terrific and my house looks great! Brad and his crew are a pleasure to work with and I'll definitely use B&B again.

Contractor dropped off his equipment the day before work began. He and his partner showed up on time and painted the sealer on most of the house and garage. He came back the next day to add a second coat. They left the property clean and removed their debris. I would use them again.

Brad was very quick to answer my calls, texts and emails. Brad came out for an estimate and we scheduled to have the work done a couple days later. Brad and his assistant were very funny, polite and clean. The entire job was completed in 2 days and came out great.

The house has not been painted in more than 10 years. His team came in and washed, caulked, scraped, and painted. They were always on time, and worked professional. Had a little hard time with the rain this year, but got the work done. My house looks like a brand new house. I love it, and my neighbors love the new color too.

He was very helpful and patient. I was happy with the job that he did, very professional. He even put me in contact with another service provider that could help me complete the project with my porch. The results were high quality.

We have a cedar deck in the front of our house that is about 3 years old. The deck had been washed and stained a little over a year ago,using a "friend of a friend" to do the work, and it was already stating to flake off in spots - it made the front of the house look awful. We decided to use a professional to get it done right this time and found Brad via Angie's list. From the beginning, I was impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. We hired him when he came over to do the estimate and scheduled the job to start 3 weeks later. I received a call 3 days prior to the start date to confirm and everything went like clockwork. They showed up when they said they would,completed the job in the time promised and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure working with B&B and the deck looks beautiful !! We will definitely be using them again !

The team arrived early every day and worked diligently until the job was completed. The guys were friendly and accommodating. They cleaned up after themselves daily, and finished the entire job 1/2 day earlier than anticipated. I was very pleased with their work, and would highly recommend them for exterior painting.

The painter's name was Brad. The job went fine. It was very good. He came in on price. He was here on time. He had an adequate number of people working with him. The interior painting was done well. The exterior painting, which is the deck, is holding up so far and it looks okay. I have no problems. He came in on price and did everything that I asked. Their punctuality was fine. The quality was fine.

Job went beautifully despite fact that my house had suffered quite a bit of water damage. Mr. Burd and his crew came to do work. Overall, the job went quite well despite the fact that my home had suffered quite a bit of water damage due to the hurricane. Mr. Burd and his men spent several days in PA. working on hellping to make my house a home once again! p

Overall, the experience went pretty well. They were very efficient and professional. I did wish they would have cleaned up their mess a little better. When they were cleaning there brushes by my cabana they were very messy in there. I also wish they wouldn’t have dumped the rest. They were very friendly and accommodating.

They came on time, used drop cloths, very good personalities, and cleaned up what little mess they left.

We bought a newly constructed home 5 years ago and just now got to painting the bedrooms and bathrooms. As the house settled cracks turned up on the walls, nails were popping out of the ceilings and walls and the tape that was poorly adhered to the walls initially was peeling off. Now my house looks amazing! These guys were so thorough and detailed with their work, having them here was a most pleasurable experience. I was especially impressed with their spackling, it's flawless! The owner, Brad is awesome. Very kind, hard working and responsible man. The price was better than fair. The work he and his crew do is fabulous. If I can post photos I will. Also they were here bright and early each day and covered their work area first thing and cleaned before leaving. Any painting or wall repair related project I have in the future I will call Brad again.

Brad is a lier the worst painter i ever deal with.He gave me an estimate of $1275 which he told me that will include laber and materials.Well that wasnt true i bought the paint and spent $146,the contract include materials and 2 coats of painting he didnt do 2 coats of painting on the celings i can proove it by showing my house.The walls bubled due to all the dust he never cleaned the dust of the walls he paintend over it.My home was damaged due to winds and heavy rains so the insurance paid for it.i paid Brad right the way and told him that is a insurance job and not to cash the check for 5 bussines days until the insurance clears the check, he cashed it in 2 days therefore i had $161 an insurance charges.The job is horrible some of the trim work is painted with the color of the room i was missing screws of outlets the outles werent place after the job was done and he had to come back 2 times try to fix his mess and never happened.My email is mbonkov17@yahoo.com,if anyone doesnt beleive me i could show Brad's work.

I have mixed feelings. I kind of liked their work. I found some things that I needed to touch-up myself after they left because they weren't completely right. The price was reasonable. Their responsiveness was good. One of their workers talked too much. Some of the things that he said might be inappropriate if it was in somebody else's house, but it personally didn't bother me because I have pretty much heard it all and seen it all. However, it kind of surprised me that this guy would say some of the things that he said.

They were very diligent and very clean. They did a spectacular and fantastic job. The owner is a sweetheart, and very accommodating. The guys who did the work were a great bunch of guys. They were very polite. They were very conscientious and meticulous. There was no aggravation or negativity. I was so impressed with the job I asked them to do my second house. I highly recommend them. I know they are the best painting company I have ever worked with, and I have worked with several. I wouldn?t work with anyone else. I didn?t have paint on my floors or speckles. The owner brought me lots of swatches, if I didn?t like them, he brought me more. The owner ran himself ragged until he found the exact colors I wanted, which he did. I can?t praise them enough.

it went great. Quality was excellent and pricing was fair and reasonable. The crew was very clean, prompt and professional in every way.

Overall, this was a bad experience. My home is 2600 square feet. After 7 weeks, the house was not completed, and almost every painted surface has errors. The number of problems we had are so numerable that this is a short list. First, the bid was for 19,800. As the job progressed, we expected additional costs for wall repair. I was quoted, once all wallpaper was removed and the walls were exposed, approximately $5000 more (after the job started). As time wore on, the bill went up to $10K additional. I was clear that I did not have all of these funds, and I asked for an itemized list of individual projects cost, but was never given the list, but told "I will work with you on the cost..." I was told the project would take 2 weeks, then 4, then 8.... During week 4, painting was started, I discovered that the trim was not primed despite this being in the initial contract. 1/2 the trim on the first floor was painted with latex over oil without primer. The walls I paid extra to have repaired needed much more work after I was told they were done. The trim was painted with finish coats of paint without basic sanding. Drops and spills from prior work by this painting team in addition to existing cracks were simply just painted over. This despite multiple requests for basic sanding and repair. In fairness, when I pointed to specific spots, they were fixed. However, going forward, the same mistakes were made in different areas of the house. I felt that if I did not inspect everything, the job would get worse and worse. A roller instead o a paintbrush was used to paint about 1/2 of the trim, which now has a texture where there is none prior to painting. My newly finished floors were covered with small and large drops of paint to various degrees in each room of the house. Some of my windows were painted such that I can't raise and lower them any more. I found paint all over my lawn, wallpaper in my garbage disposal, scratches in my floors from moved furniture, etc. The painters were constantly smoking and taking breaks (might be the reason the job took so long). They took so many breaks my neighbors (who aren't around all that much) noticed and felt compelled to tell me about it. The painters were also unprofessional - they criticized each other, the main contractor, and cursed. They used my kitchen sink to clean their paint brushes. Seriously?!?!?! In my opinion, this company does very poor work. Furthermore, they were reluctant to repair things that I pointed out. I was pushed and pushed to pay for work before it was completed. In the end, I terminated the work 1/2 way through the project given the work being done was of poor quality and taking a very long time. Throughout the 7 weeks the painters were in the house, I asked for work to be stopped and old work corrected. The last of these three, I told the contractor did not want them back in the house. He claimed he would make things right, and I left the house.

They were very professional and friendly. They did a good job and finished on time. Their price was reasonable and there were no issues.
