"I apologize you feel that way [member name removed]. I did take the time to come out and measure for your free estimate that was no charge to you. I did write your email down and if you remember I had my sons with me that day following me up and down your driveway which in my opinion was a hard layout to make heads or tails of where you wanted the job to begin and end the layout wasn't very edged out by no means. I did write it down incorrectly. I apologize if you didn't receive the quote but to give my company a F rating over a job I didn't pave is nonsense in my opinion. I was fully equipped to handle your job seeing I've paved many private and town roads let alone thousands of driveways my equipment and trucks speak for themselves. Obviously you chose a paver and I don't see any harm done seeing you didn't receive my price obviously I lost out on the job and your business so for that yes my email didn't get to you correctly and I apologize. To call me a liar is down right insulting. I believe in Jesus and I don't lie sir. I make no excuse for you not receiving my quote but we are honest people. You can call any job I have done and see that I am a 100% true person. This is a husband and wife team I don't have 20 salesman out to try to earn peoples business because I don't feel the need to and I would lose the personal relationship to my customers. Our business has been around over 50 years if we didn't have the quality of work and customer satisfaction that we do we would not be still in business.
