These guys couldn't be better. We originally had them come out in December 2015 due to a roof leak and they discovered that our roof had to be replaced due to damage from a hailstorm. They told us that hailstorms are covered under Insurance companies act of god clause and should be able to get it covered. They were right!!!
Insurance covered our roof replacement and these guys just completed the work in 2 days. They were extremely professional and completely upfront about all potential extra costs.
Our original quote was for $6,350 but they warned us that it might cost extra depending on the condition of the plywood which they can't determine until they pull up the shingles. Our plywood was in terrible shape and ended up having to be completely replaced which brought the cost up to $7,550. Very reasonable.
The roof looks fantastic and even our neighbors were impressed by both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the Equity Restoration's employees.
Need a roof? Give them a shot, you won't regret it.
