Cleared the drain and replaced the bolts

As soon as I picked the send button on Angis list, Anthony called me 1 min later, asked what issue in having and told me someone will be there within 1-2 hours. Napoleon arrived and hour later. Asserted the job and snaked both sides of my sewer. Clean up was ok, I had to sanitize after he left. He showed me what the issue was step by step. Overall a good experience. Iâ m going to join their yearly program.

Napoleon did the work efficiently however, after 2 weeks after the service provided, I have not received a receipt with warrantee information regarding coverage. Frances (at customer service) promised to send it but still did not do it. Usually, reputable companies provide warranties at the time of receiving payment.

RACIST! I had gotten overcharged and they broke our agreement. When I called to speak to receptionist to rectify the situation, she literally said this to me * I bet you dont treat your white plumbers that way * . Are you kidding me! Thats the craziest thing Ive ever been told from a company. And for the record, I didnt treat anyone badly. The plumber did his job and did it well, my problem is with the company. No wonder this place has rotten reviews.
