Actually wanted me to pay in full before work was even 50% complete, he was going to leave to do another job, and then "come back" to finish the job. I said NO!

Contractor was described what appeared to be the problem with a leaking toilet since he asked by phone. He brought the part that was described to be damaged. Contractor never overhauled toilet problem. Installed new part then asked for higher amount from the $250 he quoted. He then agreed to first quote. Toilet leaked even more after he left. He did return same day and requested additional money to properly overhaul and fix leaky problem. I Hired someone else paid $40 labor and parts 2 days later to a non-plumber and even changed out the $272.00 toilet bowl speedy valves he installed for a total of $40.00. Very disappointed.

Estimate was $350-450. Final price was $525. They did not have all the parts needed on truck and had to go to the store twice; adding about an extra hour to the job. I checked work before they left driveway and called them back as there was still a minor leak. They tightened and stopped leak. Were polite and professional.
